    Abstract: An electronic device controlling method and a user registration method are provided. In the electronic device controlling method, when a target device receives a first and a second control commands which are identical, but performed by different users simultaneously or separately, the target device performs a first predetermined operation based on an identity of the user performing the first control command, and performs a second predetermined operation based on an identity of the user performing the second control command. In the user registration method, a user registered identity model corresponding to a user to be registered is established according to identity information of the user, and is mapped to a user profile comprising a relationship between the control commands and the predetermined operations. By acquiring the registered information, the target device is able to perform the user dependent operations.

    Abstract: An electrical receptacle connector includes an insulated housing, flexible terminals, and flat terminals. The insulated housing includes a base portion and a tongue portion. The flexible terminals and the flat terminals are held in the base portion and disposed at an upper surface of the tongue portion. The flat terminals are arranged in front of the flexible terminals and include two pairs of signal terminals and a ground terminal between the signal terminals. Each flat terminal includes a flat contact portion, a tail portion, and a body portion between the flat contact portion and the tail portion. The body portion of the ground terminal includes two first widening portions extended outward from two sides thereof. A first distance is defined between each first widening portion and the body portion of the corresponding nearest signal terminal. A second distance is defined between the two signal terminals for each pair thereof.

    Abstract: An electrical connector includes insulating portions arranged side by side, terminal sets, shield sets, and a casing. Each terminal set includes signal terminals and ground terminals. Each signal/ground terminal includes a fixing section disposed in the insulating portion, an assembling section downwardly stretching from the fixing section to protrude from the insulating portion, and a contacting section forwardly stretching from the fixing section to protrude from the insulating portion. Each shield set including shields is disposed on a lateral surface of the insulating portion. Each shield is spacedly arranged and connected to the ground terminal. Each shield includes a body section having at least one bending section, and a protrusion section protruding from the body section. The body section and the protrusion section shield the assembling section and the contacting section of the signal terminal respectively. It can effectively suppress crosstalk between the signal terminals by the shield sets.

The terminals of each set are classified into signal terminals and grounding terminals. Each set of the shielding plates is mounted on one of two opposite sides of a corresponding insulative board. The shielding plates of each set are spaced apart without contacting one another. Each shielding plate has multiple folding sections capable of interrupting signal noise. The outer casing covers the insulative boards to combine the insulative boards. The sets of the shielding plates decrease signal interference of the receptacle connector and improve signal transmission efficiency and stability.

The removable air guide member includes two vertical plates.     Abstract: A method for IC design is provided. Firstly, an IC design layout having a main feature with an original margin is received. Then, a first modified margin of the main feature is generated; and a first photolithography simulation procedure of the main feature with the first modified margin is performed to generate a first contour having a plurality of curves. Next, an equation of each of the curves is obtained; each equation of the curves is manipulated to obtain a vertex of each of the curves. After that, a first group of target points are assigned to the original margin. Each of the first group of target points respectively corresponds to one of the vertices. Finally, an optical proximity correction (OPC) procedure is performed by using the first group of target points to generate a second modified margin. An apparatus for IC design is also provided.
