  • Publication number: 20230088166
Abstract: A plurality of control points (10) are defined which each have a known spatial relationship relative to an array of transducers. An amplitude is assigned to each control point (12). A matrix (16) is produced containing elements which represent, for each of the control points, the effect that producing a modeled acoustic field having the assigned amplitude with a particular phase at the control point has on the consequential amplitude and phase of the modeled acoustic field at the other control points (14). Eigenvectors of the matrix (18) are determined, each eigenvector representing a set of phases and relative amplitudes of the modeled acoustic field at the control points.

  • Patent number: 11584441
Abstract: A wet dry barrier support system for a vehicle includes a support structure portion with mounting locations for mounting suspension components of a vehicle, mounting locations for coupling to a body of the vehicle, and a barrier portion to provide an environmental barrier to separate a first area of the vehicle from a second area of a vehicle. The support structure portion may provide a stiff mounting interface between the body and the suspension components by transferring loads therebetween and may define a through-cavity configured to pass a vehicle component through the through-cavity. The barrier portion may plastically deform upon receiving an energetic input from an impact of the vehicle and may prevent the wet dry barrier support system from entering a passenger compartment during the impact.

  • Patent number: 11550598
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for generating for display digital content (e.g., an advertisement, a feed item, or some other information) together with digital components (e.g., branding data for the application or the publisher of the application). When the server receives, from a user device, a digital content request, the server can determine whether the digital content request was transmitted in response to an application state being changed to an active focus. Based on determining that the digital content request is being sent in response to an application state being changed to an active focus, the server generates a response that includes digital content and one or more digital components (e.g., branding data), and transmits that response to the user device. When the user device receives the response, the user device generates for display the digital components and the digital content.

  • Patent number: 11550432
Abstract: A system providing various improved perceptions techniques for haptic feedback above interactive surfaces that require no contact with either tools, attachments or the surface itself is described. A range of receptors in a perceiving member which is part of the human body is identified to create substantially uniformly perceivable feedback. A vibration frequency that is in the range of the receptors in the perceiving member is chosen and dynamically altered to create substantially uniformly perceivable feedback throughout the receiving member.
