    Abstract: Provided are a pixel structure, an array substrate and a display device. The pixel structure includes a first group of TFTs, a second group of TFTs and a pixel electrode. First group of TFTs and second group of TFTs each include at least two TFTs. Source electrodes of all TFTs in first group of TFTs are connected to a same data line, drain electrodes of all TFTs in first group of TFTs are connected to sources electrodes of all TFTs in second group of TFTs, drain electrodes of all TFTs in second group of TFTs are connected to pixel electrode, and gate electrodes of all TFTs in first group of TFTs and gate electrodes of all TFTs in second group of TFTs are connected to a same gate line. A problem that whole pixel cannot work normally caused by the breakage of area where the channel is formed is avoided.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a mutant of nitrile hydratase derived from Caldalkalibacillus thermarum, and belongs to the technical field of enzyme engineering. The nitrile hydratase mutant Cal. t Nhase-A20V provided by the disclosure has a half-life of about 10 min at 70° C., which does not change much compared with the thermal stability of the wild enzyme. The specific enzyme activity of the mutant Cal. t Nhase-A20V is 128% of that of the wild enzyme. At the same time, the mutant also has better tolerance to a substrate and a product, and the final yield of nicotinamide produced by whole-cell catalysis reaches 598 g/L. Therefore, the nitrile hydratase mutant Cal. t Nhase-A20V provided by the disclosure has good enzymatic properties and is beneficial to future industrial production.

The circuit structure of the present disclosure has simple circuit structure and high reliability. And the reverse recovery problem of the diode could be eliminated by the soft switch-off or soft switch-on of the switching tube, which further reducing the loss of switching tube and diodes and improving the overall efficiency. In addition, the excitation energy could be transferred to the load side to improve the energy transmission efficiency.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a voltage-to-time converter and method for reducing parasitic capacitance and power supply influences. The voltage-to-time converter includes: a main sampling network, a compensation sampling network, a discharge network and an over-threshold detection unit. The influence of a traditional VTC parasitic capacitance on a VTC output swing amplitude is reduced by using the compensation sampling network. A sampling common-mode level of the compensation sampling network is compensated, such that the influence of the low-frequency disturbance of a power supply voltage on a threshold of a traditional VTC threshold detection circuit is reduced. The output swing amplitude of the voltage-to-time converter of the present disclosure can reduce the influence of a parasitic capacitance. A voltage common-mode level of a VTC input end is related to a power supply voltage, which reduces a conversion error caused by the influence of the power supply voltage on a threshold.
