The first hydrophilic coating is attached to a surface of the lens by hydrogen bonding, ionic bonding, or a combination thereof and includes polyacrylic acid. The second hydrophilic coating is disposed on the first hydrophilic coating. The second hydrophilic coating includes polyvinylpyrrolidone, poloxamine, poloxamer, methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, ascorbic acid, poly(2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine), hyaluronic acid, alginic acid, polyglutamic acid, carbohydrate, or combinations thereof. An increment module controls an input module to obtain new incremental data in the current cycle in response to a preset instruction. A graph engine iteratively trains a first graph model based on new incremental data until the first graph model meets a convergence condition, so as to obtain a second graph model and perform dynamic updating of the graph model. Each region acts as a node in the graph model, each node feature is obtained based on the regional disease information, edges are defined by nodes connected to each other according to a geographic location relationship among regions, and each edge is assigned an edge weight according to regional population information. The updated graph model predicts infections based on data to be predicted that is selected by the interaction module.

It is a devastating disease with a poor prognosis and an average 5-year survival rate of about 30%. Disclosed herein are composition and methods for treating leukemia with a biomaterial comprising a polymer scaffold, a dendritic cell activating factor, a dendritic cell recruitment factor, and at least one leukemia antigen. The biomaterial-based vaccine disclosed herein promotes a potent, durable and transferable immune response against acute myeloid leukemia to prevent cell engraftment and synergizes with chemotherapy to prevent relapse.

The representative position point of the subset of position data points is determined, and it is determining if the position is beyond a predetermined threshold position. If the point is beyond the predetermined threshold position, a signal indicating the component of the landing gear assembly has a first configuration status is output, and if the representative position point is not beyond the predetermined threshold position, a signal indicating the component of the landing gear assembly has a second configuration status is output.
