  • Publication number: 20220400942
Abstract: Disclosed techniques evaluate the visual field of a patient's eye using deep learning techniques. A computer system obtains a plurality of cross-sectional scan images of a retina captured by an optical coherence tomography (OCT) device. The retina has an inner retinal layer. A retinal optical texture analysis (ROTA) map of the inner retinal layer is generated from the plurality of cross-sectional scan images. The ROTA map includes a plurality of pixels, and each pixel of the ROTA map corresponds to a respective optical texture signature value S providing information about tissue composition and optical density of the inner retinal layer at a respective retinal location. The computer system applies a machine learning model to process the ROTA map of the inner retinal layer to determine visual field sensitivity of the retina.

  • Patent number: 11509620
Abstract: Implementations set forth herein relate to subjecting a message to a group rule that causes any message, in a message thread that includes the message, to include certain addresses, regardless of the addresses that are incorporated, by a user, into an address field of a reply message. The group rule can reduce a number of messages that are not provided to a group of intended recipients because of message originators omitting the intended recipients on important messages. Furthermore, this can reduce a number of messages that are sent to compensate for certain reply messages not being received by all intended recipients. A group rule can be modified by any recipient that does not desire to be included in the group rule, and a group rule can expire when one or more conditions are satisfied, thereby causing certain messages to no longer be subject to the group rule.

  • Publication number: 20220351615
Abstract: To control vehicular congestion at intersections, a method includes detecting a group of two or more vehicles stopped at an intersection regulated by a traffic light, where for each of the vehicles in the group, movement through the intersection in response to a change in a state of the traffic light is affected by movement of at least one other vehicle in the group. The method further includes determining a time when the state of the traffic light changes to allow the group of vehicles to start moving through the intersection, determining acceleration parameters for a certain vehicle in the group in view of potential and/or actual movement of the other vehicles in the group through the intersection, and providing guidance to a device operated by a driver of the certain vehicle regarding the determined acceleration parameters, in accordance with the determined time.

  • Publication number: 20220336254
Abstract: When picking a die from an adhesive tape, a collet of a pick arm is positioned at a distance over the die, the die being mounted on a first surface of the adhesive tape. A flow of air is then generated onto a second surface of the adhesive surface opposite to the first surface for blowing the adhesive tape to displace the die towards a die-holding surface of the collet. Thereafter, the die is retained on the die-holding surface of the collet while the adhesive tape separates from the die.

  • Patent number: 11468218
Abstract: Computer-implemented techniques are disclosed for verifying circuit designs using subgraph caching. A device under test (DUT) is modeled as a graph. The graph is partitioned into one or more subgraphs and problems are generated for each subgraph. Graph and subgraph problem generation is repeated numerous times throughout the verification process. Problems and sub-problems are generated and solved. When a subgraph problem is solved, the problem's variables, values, and information can be stored in a cache. The storage can be based on entropy of variables used in the graph and subgraph problems. The subgraph problem storage cache can be searched for previously stored problems which match another problem in need of a solution. By retrieving subproblem variables, values, and information from the cache, the computational overhead of circuit design verification is reduced as problems are reused. Caching can be accomplished using an information theoretic approach.

  • Patent number: 11452102
Abstract: The various embodiments provide methods implemented in a multi-RF communication device for managing a victim subscription's de-sense by proactively implementing an RF coexistence management strategy on the victim subscription when an RF coexistence event starts. In various embodiments, a multi-RF communication device may implement an RF coexistence management strategy by determining when an aggressor subscription will de-sense a victim subscription and configuring the victim to anticipate and mitigate de-sense during the aggressor's transmissions. Thus, the various embodiments may provide dramatic improvements to the victim's overall reception performance and overall user experience.
