The process for reducing the resistance of the oxide semiconductor film may be a laser process or heat treatment at a temperature higher than or equal to 450° C. and lower than or equal to 740° C., for example. A process for increasing the resistance of the channel region of the oxide semiconductor film having low resistance may be performed by plasma oxidation or implantation of oxygen ions, for example.

    Abstract: A battery holding structure includes a battery tray for storing a battery therein. A battery holding rack is configured to store the battery tray with the battery stored therein and to allow the battery tray to be pulled out along widthwise directions of the vehicle. A ground wire has one end connected to a negative terminal of the battery and another end connected to a grounding member on a vehicle frame. A movement prevention member fixes the other end of the ground wire to the battery tray and prevents the battery tray from being pulled out to one side along the widthwise directions of the vehicle with the ground wire which is connected to the grounding member.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for controlling lighting in a saddle-ride type vehicle includes a control unit configured to turn on a lamp comprising a light emitting diode. The apparatus also includes a manipulation switch which is turned on and off based upon manipulation by a rider. The control unit includes an input port receiving power from a power source based upon actuation of the manipulation switch, and an input circuit configured to determine a leak state of the manipulation switch based on an input voltage to the input port. A control part is configured to control lighting of the lamp based on a result of the determination. An erroneous lighting prevention resistance is connected between the manipulation switch and input circuit on one end, and ground on the other end. An intermittent power source switch is configured to be cyclically turned on or off by the control part, and is provided between the manipulation switch and the power source.

The communication system, upon implementing a broadcast-type multicast service, enhances compensation of communication breaks when detecting and recovering from a fault in an IP network, and reduces the network traffic.

Plasma is generated under an atmosphere of a gas containing nitrogen atoms and plasma nitridation is performed on part of the oxide film, so that a semiconductor substrate in which an insulating film containing nitrogen atoms is formed over the oxide film is obtained. After bonding the insulating film containing nitrogen atoms and a glass substrate to each other, the semiconductor substrate is split, whereby an SOI substrate in which the insulating film containing nitrogen atoms, the oxide film, a thin semiconductor film are stacked in this order is formed.

The HLR 110 identifies whether or not the packet transmission request is to be subject to a restriction, and returns an identification result to the GGSN 120 when it is to be subject to the restriction.
