  • Publication number: 20040177769
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a conveyer oven having a high heat efficiency and excellent cooking performance. Foods F are carried into a heating chamber 10 by a conveyer 60 and conveyed to the upper portion of the heating chamber. While the foods F are conveyed at the upper portion of the heating chamber, an eject nozzle 45 blows hot air to the foods F and simultaneously foods F are surrounded with remaining hot air. When cooking is finished, the foods F are conveyed downward to be carried out from the heating chamber 10. Therefore, heat from a heating means 20 is used effectively for cooking, that means heat efficiency is improved, which reduces fuel cost. Moreover, since the foods F are surrounded with remaining hot air, the foods F are evenly heated all over, whereby cooking performance is improved.

  • Publication number: 20040172448
Abstract: There is provided an information processing method for setting the exclusive control right of a data item by a specific process in a system in which a plurality of clients connected via a network share data including a plurality of data items. In this method, when a desired data item is designated so as to set its exclusive control right, data items which belong to layers lower than the designated data and are related to the designated data item are retrieved on the basis of the hierarchical structure information of the plurality of data items. Then, the exclusive control right is set for the designated data item and retrieved data items.

  • Publication number: 20040144258
Abstract: A pressure fryer is disclosed wherein desirable pressure cooking can be always realized regardless of the amount of food. A fryer 1 has a cooking container 3. The cooking container 3 has a pressure vent 12 which is connected to a high pressure cylinder 13 filled with carbon dioxide. On the connecting tube between the pressure vent 12 and the high pressure cylinder 13, an electromagnetic valve 14 and a check valve 15 are provided. A lid 7 has a safety valve 16 and a pressure sensor 17. A controller 18 carries out opening/closing control of the safety valve 16 and the pressure electromagnetic valve 14 for supplying carbon dioxide into the cooking container 3 based on pressure therein which is obtained from the pressure sensor 17. As a result, the pressure in the cooking container 3 can be maintained within a predetermined value.

  • Publication number: 20040133379
Abstract: There is disclosed an information processing apparatus which easily acquires calibration information required to transform the measured value of a position and orientation sensor into the position and orientation of an image sensing device on a world coordinate system, without using any special calibration tool. When a position and orientation of the image sensing device by attaching a receiver of a position and orientation sensor which comprises a transmitter and a receiver, approximate calibration information required for a coordinate transformation that transforms the position and orientation of the receiver into those of the image sensing device will be calculated by the following steps. Adjusting the position and orientation of the image sensing device so as to the transmitter of the sensor to be sensed at or near the center of a sensed image, obtaining a measured value of the sensor and calculating the approximate coordinate value based on the measured value.

  • Patent number: 6540504
Abstract: A main burner 22, a pilot burner 25, and a lead-in pipe 29 supplying combustion exhaust to the pilot burner 25 are arranged in a combustion chamber R2. A flame arrester 27 with small holes 27a is provided at a bottom plate 13. Furthermore, a primary thermocouple 26 detecting the flame state of the pilot burner 25 and a secondary thermocouple 28 detecting the temperature in the combustion chamber R2 are connected in series but with opposite polarities. When the flame arrester 27 clogs up with fine particles, the pilot burner 25, which sucks in combustion exhaust, performs abnormal combustion before the main burner 22, which is detected by the primary thermocouple 26 and the secondary thermocouple 28, whereupon the combustion with the main burner 22 is stopped. Thus, incomplete combustion due to blocking of the air supply path can be prevented.

  • Patent number: 6076271
Abstract: A garbage disposer for deodorizing and drying of garbage. A processing tank containing garbage is heated through the implementation of a heater, and thereby the temperatures in the processing tank and the heating chamber are raised and the water contained in the garbage is evaporated. When a predetermined period of time has passed, from the start of the heating of the processing tank, a fan and heater are prompted into operation and the gas in the heating chamber, which contains a large quantity of steam, flows into a condensing section where the gas is cooled as it flows through the fin tube and the dew point of the gas is lowered; and the steam contained in the gas is condensed into water. The remaining gas is then returned to the heating chamber through a returning pipe, where the gas is heated to a high temperature. The condensed water is collected in a condensing section and the collected water flows into a discharge pipe whereby the water is discharged to the outside of the garbage disposal.

  • Patent number: 6012233
Abstract: When drying of garbage is started, the opening and closing valve 61 is opened, and at the same time the processing tank 21 is heated by the heater 31. Due to the foregoing, temperatures in the processing tank 21 and the heating chamber 30 are raised and water contained in garbage in the processing tank 21 starts evaporating. At a point of time when the heating chamber 30 and the condensing chamber 40 are filled with this steam, the opening and closing valve 61 is closed, and the fan 50 is operated, so that steam in the condensing chamber 40 is cooled and condensed. Therefore, steam generated in the heating chamber 30 flows into the condensing chamber 40, and pressure in the heating chamber 30 becomes negative and the boiling point is lowered. Accordingly, it is possible to evaporate water at a low temperature.

  • Patent number: 5979303
Abstract: When an inclined surface (10a) of an oil tank 10 is heated by a burner (31), the temperature of the oil rises near the inclined surface (10a). Then, all the heated high-temperature oil flows out from an outlet port (16) in an upper portion of a guide plate (14) directly to the cooking zone. Thus, the oil temperature is rapidly raised in the cooking zone. The oil temperature in an intermediate zone under the cooking zone is more difficult to rise than that in the cooking zone. The deterioration of the oil can be therefore suppressed.
