  • Patent number: 10066730
Abstract: A transmission includes a fork mechanism in which a plurality of fork rods to which a plurality of shift forks are connected are each attached to a pedestal so as to be moveable in an axial direction. An assembly guide portion is disposed on the pedestal and a guide pin is erected on a clutch housing. As a result, even in cases where an input shaft and a main shaft, on which driving and driven gears and synchro devices are assembled, are assembled on the clutch housing in a state that the driving and driven gears are engaged and, thereafter the fork mechanism is assembled on this clutch housing, the assembly of the fork mechanism on the clutch housing can be easily performed.

  • Publication number: 20170336775
Abstract: A sensor monitors a treatment status of a predetermined manufacturing device, and an abnormality detection device detects an abnormality of a sensor signal that is a monitoring result of the sensor. The sensor signal is a digital data group obtained by sampling an analog waveform at a predetermined sampling period. A management apparatus learns characteristics of a plurality of digital data groups accumulated in past times through use of artificial intelligence to generate a learned model. An abnormality detection device holds the learned model and determines whether an abnormality is present in the digital data group of a current processing target by using the learned model.

  • Patent number: 9799576
Abstract: A monitoring method that can detect a sign of disconnection of a heat generation source is provided. Further, a highly reliable semiconductor device is provided. The monitoring method uses a first control device that samples outputs of a plurality of thermometers at a first frequency (100 Hz sampling in S10) and controls a plurality of heat generation sources based on temperature information obtained by sampling, and a second control device that forms information based on temperature information obtained by sampling at the first frequency (100 Hz sampling in S20) and pieces of heat-generation-source information obtained by sampling of outputs of the respective heat-generation sources at the first frequency (100 Hz sampling in S20). Based on the temperature information obtained by sampling at the first frequency (100 Hz sampling in S20) and the pieces of heat-generation-source information obtained by sampling at the first frequency (100 Hz sampling in S20), states of the heat generation sources are monitored.

  • Patent number: 8238731
Abstract: Annular reflecting rings are removably mounted on the upper and lower sides of a chamber side portion of a chamber. An annular recessed portion is formed sandwiched between the lower end face of the upper reflecting ring and the upper end face of the lower reflecting ring to surround a holding part for holding a semiconductor wafer. The outer peripheral surface of the recessed portion communicates with a transport opening. The formation of the recessed portion prevents the light emitted from halogen lamps and flash lamps from being non-uniformly reflected around the holding part to enter a semiconductor wafer, thus improving the uniformity of the in-plane temperature distribution in the semiconductor wafer during heat treatment.

  • Patent number: 7973266
Abstract: In a heat treatment apparatus, a reflector is provided to cover a plurality of flash lamps arranged in an array for emitting a flash of light, and a cooling box is provided over the reflector. The cooling box has a buffer space incorporated therein, and a plurality of jet openings in communication with the buffer space are formed through a bottom surface of the cooling box and the reflector. The plurality of jet openings are positioned just over gaps between the plurality of flash lamps in the lamp array. Nitrogen gas ejected from the plurality of jet openings passes through the gaps between adjacent ones of the flash lamps in the lamp array, and is then blown against a lamp light radiation window. The flash lamps are effectively cooled down by the direct cooling using the nitrogen gas and the decrease in temperature of the lamp light radiation window.
