  • Publication number: 20110295761
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a server has a first storage, a second storage, a built-in business form modification part, download execution part, and search part. The download execution part transmits the objective business form and the business form generation program stored in the first and second storage to a user terminal. The search part searches for the plant data in response to a request from the user terminal and transmits the data to the terminal. The business form generation program includes a business form definition program and a data expansion program. The business form definition program sets search conditions of plant data in the objective business form. The data expansion program requests the server to search for the plant data that satisfies the search conditions in the objective business form and outputs the plant data to the objective business form. The user terminal has an objective business form editing part and a business form generation part.

  • Publication number: 20110214474
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a tubular member having a non-constant thickness by ironing at least a portion of the tubular material. The ironing apparatus can have a punch and a die, and the die can have a convex and concave side surface opposing the punch. The method can include bending an axial end portion of the tubular material to form a bent portion. The tubular material can then axially engage the die at the bent portion, and then the punch can be moved relative to the die to iron at least a portion of the tubular material.

  • Patent number: 7853365
Abstract: A system manages an optimal load distribution of a total output of a power plant composed of a plurality of units. Plant specifications data of each unit required for optimal load distribution is input and stored. Optimal load distribution calculating carries out a calculation based on data stored. The result of the calculation is stored. A sending-end characteristic curve, a fuel cost curve, a curve of the load optimally distributed to each unit versus the total output, a fuel cost curve for the total output, and fuel cost curves for comparison between a conventional load distribution and the optimal load distribution based on stored data are displayed. An optimal load distribution schedule displays a power transmission time schedule table, a power transmission time schedule curve, and a fuel cost comparison table for different operating schemes.

  • Patent number: 7680627
Abstract: A most recent value of data fetched from a plant facility is temporarily stored and extracted and then stored in a plant history data table. On another front, a monitoring point for monitoring a plant error is registered in response to an operator request. A monitoring point is used as a key to select and register a main variable point having a strong correlation from the plant history data table. A statistical upper/lower limit function is defined on the basis of time-series plant data of monitoring points and main variable points. By referring to information in a table in which a limit value function is stored, the limit value is periodically matched with the content of a plant-data most-recent-value table. If the most recent value is outside the limit range, deviation information is stored in a determination result table. If a new plant error occurs, an error signal and the content of the determination result table is outputted and displayed.

  • Publication number: 20090248179
Abstract: To provide a plant operation data monitoring apparatus capable of monitoring a plant error with high accuracy without requiring a skilled plant operator. A most recent value of data fetched from each sensor in a plant facility is temporarily stored and extracted and then stored in a plant history data table A5. By referring to information in a table in which a limit value function is stored, the limit value is periodically matched with the content of a plant-data most-recent-value table A3. If the most recent value is outside the limit range, deviation information is stored in a determination result table A13.

  • Patent number: 7522078
Abstract: The length portion of part of a multiband superconductor line 10 is used as a closed circuit line part Rc that constitutes part of a closed circuit allowing passage of an electric current Io generated by an electric current source 12. Meantime, the line part extending and continuing into the closed circuit line part Rc is used as an open circuit line part Ro adapted to serve as an open circuit regarding the electric current source 12. By keeping the multiband superconductor line 10 under a temperature environment falling short of the critical soliton temperature and injecting a nonequilibrium electric current Io from the electric current source 12 into the closed circuit line part of the multiband superconductor line, it is rendered possible to induce generation of an interband phase different soliton So. The generated interband phase difference soliton So is forwarded as separated from the electric current Io to the open circuit line part Ro and is made to run therein.

  • Patent number: 7495880
Abstract: A circuit board includes: an input terminal for inputting a signal from an external circuit; a first land and a second land; and an electrostatic-charge absorbing conductor for absorbing an electrostatic charge. The first land is electrically connected to the input terminal. The second land is separated from the first land by a predetermined distance therebetween. A distance between the electrostatic-charge absorbing conductor and the first land is shorter than a distance between the first land and the second land. In the circuit board, the electrostatic charge is effectively absorbed into the electrostatic-charge absorbing conductor through the first land so that the electrostatic charge is prevented from negatively affecting on electric parts on the board.

  • Publication number: 20070078821
Abstract: A data server and a user terminal are connected through a communication network. A retrieval interface of the user terminal creates a retrieval request including specification of a file format style at the time of output, and transmits the created retrieval request to the data server. A data retrieval unit of the data server performs retrieval in a plant database and a point number information database based on the retrieval request, converts obtained retrieval result data into a file format style specified by the retrieval request, stores the converted data in a retrieval result database, and returns a response notification to the user terminal which has issued the request.
