    Abstract: A safety syringe includes a barrel including a hollow cylindrical tip; a needle assembly including a hollow needle hub on the tip; a hinge including a bifurcated base and a moveable bifurcation on the needle hub, the movable bifurcation having two relaxation length of hinge ends pivotably secured to the base, a wall member formed with the bifurcation, and a V-shaped resilient member having two ends hingedly secured to the bifurcation and the base respectively; and a needle protection housing including a grooved body and a latch releasably secured to the wall member. When the needle protection housing is pivoted about both the resilient member and the hinge ends, resilient energy is stored in the resilient member. When the resilient energy reaches a set value, the resilient member releases the resilient energy to pivot the needle protection housing toward a hypodermic needle until the hypodermic needle is lockingly concealed in the grooved body.

    Abstract: An active matrix array substrate includes a base having an edge region along an edge of the base, a plurality of first wires arranged along a first direction on the base, a plurality of second wires arranged along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction on the base, and a detecting structure located in the edge region. The detecting structure detects the first wire and the second wire. The first wire and the second wire are extended into the edge region and are connected to the detecting structure. The detecting structure further includes a plurality of detecting pins, a plurality of detecting wires, and a plurality of conductive portions. The first wires and the second wires connect to the corresponding detecting pin via the conductive portion respectively. The conductive portion simultaneously covers at least two detecting pins. The detecting wires provides signals to an active matrix array substrate.

    Abstract: A TFT array substrate for a TFT LCD includes a plurality of pixels each consisting of a red sub-pixel, a green sub-pixel, a blue sub-pixel and a white sub-pixel arranged in a 2×2 matrix. Two data lines are located between each two neighboring columns of the sub-pixels. A scan line is located between two neighboring rows of the sub-pixels. The sub-pixels are driven by column inversion. The scan lines in electrical connections with different rows of the pixels are turned on successively along a vertical direction. Two neighboring same colored sub-pixels in a same row of the sub-pixels and two neighboring same colored sub-pixel in a same column of the sub-pixels respectively have opposite polarities when the TFT LCD is operated to output a screen having a color the same as the color of the two neighboring same colored sub-pixels.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method for a substrate for an LCD panel includes providing a substrate, and applying photoresist techniques to form a first wiring layer on the substrate and patterning the first wiring layer to form a first laminating layer. An insulating layer and a semiconductor film are also formed and the semiconductor film is patterned to form a second laminating layer. A second wiring layer is formed and patterned to create a third laminating layer, a passivation layer, and a conductive film, and the conductive film is patterned to form a pixel electrode and a fourth laminating layer. The first, second, third, and fourth laminating layers stack together to form the necessary spacer. A color filter substrate with a constant gap is held between the insulating layer and the first laminating layer, and between the passivation layer and the third laminating layer.

Data lines and dummy data lines are alternately arranged wherein each column of the sub-pixels is arranged between a data line and a dummy data line which is in electrical connection with a lower common electrode in electrical connection with a storage capacitor for each sub-pixel. Two scan lines are located between two neighboring rows of the sub-pixels. The sub-pixels are driven by either column inversion or dot inversion.
