Abstract: Provided is a crystalline form of chlorogenic acid. The crystalline form is an orthorhombic crystal system, the space group is P212121, the cell parameters are a=7.7291 (2) ?, b=10.9808 (2) ?, and c=3.5334 (7) ?, ?=?=?=90.00°, Z=8, and the cell volume is 3100.65 (11) ?3. Also provided is a preparation method for the crystalline form. The present crystalline form has good stability and does not significantly change during storage for 48 months in a cool, dark place, and the various indices all meet the relevant requirements for active pharmaceutical ingredients. The crystallisation process provided by the present invention can not only use raw materials having different purities to prepare the same crystalline form of chlorogenic acid, but can also significantly reduce solvent residue in the raw materials, thereby improving product safety.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure discloses a TFT driving backplane and method of manufacturing the same, which includes the steps of: forming non-transparent gate electrodes on a transparent insulating substrate, blanketing a gate insulating film on the substrate; forming a patterned photoconductive semiconductor layer on the gate insulating film, the photoconductive semiconductor layer includes a superposing region and over-range regions; converting the over-range regions into conductors to be a source region and a drain region; forming a patterned protection layer to cover the photoconductive semiconductor layer and provided with a pixel electrode contacting hole to expose the drain region; forming a pixel electrode coupled with the drain region; and forming an insulating layer covering the protection layer and exposing a part of the pixel electrode.

The method includes receiving heart rate information of a user, wherein the user wears the computing device to play the game, and based on the received heart rate information of the user, adjusting at least one element in the game scene of the game. By using a smart wearable device to acquire the heart rate information of the user playing the game, the game scene of the game can be adjusted according to the heart rate information. Therefore, the game can be made to be more interesting by receiving multi-dimensional interaction information of the user.

Abstract: The present invention provides a chlorogenic acid powder-injection. The chlorogenic acid powder-injection is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-120 parts of chlorogenic acid, 1-320 parts of a bracket agent and 1-8 parts of an antioxidant. The present invention further provides a preparation method of the powder-injection. The chlorogenic acid powder-injection provided in the present invention is good in stability, strong in re-solubility and safe in clinical use.

Abstract: Methods, devices and systems for pushing audio are set forth herein for convenient and accurate recommendation of audios to a user. The method includes receiving a user identifier and a motion status parameter associated with a user from a terminal, retrieving user data associated with the user identifier, selecting audio data based on the motion status parameter and the user data, and transmitting the selected audio data to the terminal so that an audio associated with the selected audio data can be played by the terminal. By selecting the audio based on the motion status parameter and the historical data, bases of the selection are diversified, by which results of the selection are closer to the user's needs and user experience is improved.

Abstract: The pharmaceutical composition is a formulation prepared by the raw materials in parts by weight: 1-300 parts of chlorogenic acid and 1-50 parts of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil, and the preparative process for said pharmaceutical composition was provided. Chlorogenic acid can be used compatibly with Ganoderma lucidum spore oil, with a synergistic effect. Inclusion technique is applied in product development to improve stability of oily liquid material Ganoderma lucidum spore oil and solid material chlorogenic acid obtained from the extract of Eucommia leaves. After inclusion by the inclusion technology, the liquid drugs become powder, and thus easily oxidized natural products could be protected. Moreover, the damage for active ingredients caused by air can be prevented, and the stability and the taste may get improved.

Abstract: A method and device are provided to assist and accomplish a communication between two strange communication terminals without Internet connection. The method includes transmitting a broadcast package via Bluetooth, which comprises identity information of a first communication terminal, obtaining communication information send by a second communication terminal after receiving the broadcast package, and communicated with the first communication terminal by the second communication terminal via Bluetooth, and assisting in completing a communication between the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal according to the communication information. The two communication terminal still can communicate with each other without Internet connection, and the position accuracy is improved by communicating with Bluetooth.

Abstract: A channel parameter estimation method adapted to a wireless communication system is proposed. The wireless communication system includes a transmitter and a receiver. The proposed method includes following steps. The transmitter transmits a plurality of pilot signals to the receiver by using one of a plurality of preconfigured sparse random pilot patterns. The receiver receives the pilot signals, performs a channel parameter estimation on the pilot signals by using a compressive sensing algorithm to obtain a multipath channel number, and selects a pilot pattern for a next cycle among the preconfigured sparse random pilot patterns according to the multipath channel number and a current pilot number. Additionally, the receiver transmits feedback information associated with the selected pilot pattern to the transmitter.

The sacrificial layer is then replaced with a silicon glass layer. A thick mask layer includes the silicon glass layer, the liner layer and a silicon nitride layer is formed on the substrate. Through an opening of the thick mask layer, a deep trench is etched into the substrate.
