    Abstract: A soft start circuit of a UPS relay includes a three-phase pre-charging module, a first PFC module, a second PFC module, a relay module, a three-phase input voltage detection module, a bus voltage detection module and a relay control module. The relay control module is electrically connected to the three-phase input voltage detection module and the bus voltage detection module and controls the connection of the relay module, to control part of relays in the relay module to be turned on based on the A-phase input voltage, the B-phase input voltage, the C-phase input voltage and the bus voltage to soft start the relay. The relay can be safely turned on without being damaged by an impact current in a case that an input voltage is unbalanced.

For example, the UE may determine one or more sets of transmission parameters associated with a reference signal type, where the one or more sets of transmission parameters can enable a receiving device to bundle reference signals of the reference signal type. The UE may transit an indication of these one or more sets of transmission parameters to the receiving device, where the indication can be associated with how a characteristic of the ports of the UE varies across time. Based on the indication of one or more sets of transmission parameters, the receiving device may receive reference signals and bundle (e.g., combine) the reference signals.

The base station may further transmit a frequency hopping pattern to the UE (e.g., associated with narrowbands within the set of valid narrowbands), and transmit one or more downlink transmissions according to the frequency hopping pattern. Additionally or alternatively, a base station may identify a subcarrier offset and/or resource block offset between resources (e.g., a resource grid) used for eMTC protocol and resources used for NR. The base station may transmit a frequency alignment parameter to the UE, and the UE may align narrowbands for eMTC accordingly.

The second non-default SSSG may be an empty SSSG with no associated search space to emulate PDCCH skipping.
