    Abstract: A reinforcing structure of carbon fiber rim is provided. A rim body is made from a carbon fiber material. The rim body includes an external diameter edge to be assembled with a tire, an inner diameter edge to be assembled with hubs and spokes, and two side sections between the outer diameter edge and the inner diameter edge. Metal reinforcing sheets are disposed on the spoke assembling positions of the inner diameter edge and wrapped by the carbon fiber material, and each has two opening edges and a middle ring section connecting the two opening edges. The middle ring section is disposed with a reinforcing part corresponding to the inner diameter edge of the rim body and two reinforcing edge parts corresponding to two side edge sections.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method and structure of a carbon fiber rim is revealed. A metal strip is formed by heating a metal substrate to a moldable temperature and then extruded molding. The metal strip comprises two side walls, a connecting wall and an inner rim wall to form a space surrounded by the side walls, the connecting wall, and the inner rim wall. Next, two terminals of the strip are connected to form a circle as a rim frame's embryo. The two side walls, or the two side walls and the inner rim wall of the rim frame's embryo are milled to form plural through holes and become a rim frame. Afterwards, the surface of the rim frame is roughened and covered with a trimmed carbon fiber cloth having a predetermined shape. After heatsetting and surface treating, a carbon fiber rim having a light weight and a strong structure is obtained.

    Abstract: This invention is related to a lightweight process of manufacturing a bicycle's rim and a rim structure manufactured thereby. A rim frame comprising an inner frame, a cladding part, and a support part between the inner frame and the cladding part. The inner frame and the support part are milled to form plural through holes uniformly distributed thereon. The areas occupied by the through holes is 35% to 85% of a total surface of the inner frame and the support part. Moreover, a proper distance is formed between the adjacent through holes in the process, and a carbon fiber layer covers the outer surface of the rim frame. Therefore, the weight of the bicycle's rim is decreased, and the carbon fiber layer can stably attach on the rim frame to increase the structural strength of the rim.

    Abstract: This invention is related to a wheel securing structure of trucks. The securing structure mainly install iron screwshaft liners on keyholes of the mounting parts of the aluminum rims. The bolts of the assembling part correspondingly penetrate the holes of the screwshaft liners each. A first folded edge and a second folded edge are formed on two terminals of the screwshaft liners to respectively insert into the conical pits of the mounting part of the rims. The nuts screw onto the bolts of the assembling part to secure the rim onto the assembling part and the nuts. When the trucks pass bumping roads, the relative motion, caused by vibrations, is occurred between the rims and the assembling part. Therefore, friction is generated between the wheels and the bolts, as well as the nuts and the terminal surfaces of the assembling part. The screwshaft liner is used to let the friction above act on the screwshaft liner.

Thus the inner surface of the circular wall is uneven. The hollow space is filled with foam to form a foam layer.     Abstract: A lightweight, high strength wheel rim for bicycle is disclosed. A support member is retained in each spoke hole in the inner periphery of a wheel frame via a sleeve and reclined on the inner periphery of the wheel frame by an arc-shaped contact section. A connector is inserted into the sleeve and abutted to the support member by an abutting part. A spoke is screwed into the connector, and a cladding is covered the wheel frame and the support member and extended to the outer periphery of the wheel frame. Because the spoke is screwed into the connector, the tension in the spoke applied on the connector is dispersed evenly, resulting that the connector does not directly presses on the periphery of the spoke hole, thereby avoiding it from deformation, achieving the demand of lightweight and preventing the appearance from destroys, further increasing the effect of whole wheel rim.

Then the two round tubes are bent downward to form fork tubes of a front fork. The rest tube forms a front fork stem. Thereby an integrated light weighted front fork with good structural strength and beautiful appearance is produced.

Thereby, the preparation of a solid sorbent can be scale up under systematically controlled with yield of at least batches of kilograms used in medium-high temperature (400˜800° C.) CO2 capture.
