Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a P-type semiconductor substrate, an N-well and a P-well disposed adjacent to each other and extending along a first direction within the P-type semiconductor substrate, a first N+ doped region and a first P+ doped region extending along the first direction within the N-well and spaced away from each other along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, a second N+ doped region and a second P+ doped region extending along the first direction within the P-well and spaced away from each other along the second direction, and a plurality of third N+ doped regions and a plurality of P+ doped regions alternatively disposed in a junction region formed between the N-well and P-well the third N+ doped regions. The third N+ doped regions and the third P+ doped regions form a Zener diode.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a Light-weight Video Coding system and a decoder for a Light-weight Video Coding system. The decoder includes: a mode decision module and a motion estimation module. The mode decision module, which adopts four flexible types of mode decision, is used for selecting a mode. And, it is used for selecting at least one predetermined block of a current frame according to the mode including plurality pixels. The motion estimation module, which adopts the Partial Boundary Matching Algorithm, is used for selecting partial neighbor pixels of left and top of the block according to the predetermined block in the current frame. And it is used for comparing with corresponding neighbor plurality pixels of left and top with a corresponding predetermined block in reference frame. It is determining whether the corresponding predetermined block in the reference frame copies and pastes to the predetermined block in the current frame.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuit and configuration method thereof. The ESD protection circuit includes first and second power supply terminals, first and second detection units, a control unit, a clamping unit, and a voltage-dividing output node defined between the first and second power supply terminals. The first detection unit detects an electrostatic signal, based on a signal between the first power supply terminal and the voltage-dividing output node, and outputs a first signal. Likewise, the second detection unit outputs a second signal. The control unit is configured to be driven by the first signal to convert into a first discharge control signal and by the second signal to convert into a second discharge control signal. The clamping unit is configured to receive the first and second discharge control signals to discharge an electrostatic current between the first and the second power supply terminals.

Abstract: An induced draft fan, including: a housing, a wind wheel, an AC motor, and a controller. The controller includes: an AC-DC conversion circuit, a microprocessor, a Hall sensor, a drive circuit, and a relay. The input end of the AC-DC conversion circuit is connected to an external AC input, and the output end of the AC-DC conversion circuit supplies a DC current to each circuit part. The input end of the relay is connected to the external AC input, and the output end of the relay supplies power for corresponding parts. A magnetic ring is disposed on a rotating shaft of the AC motor. The Hall sensor is disposed close to the magnetic ring for detecting a signal of a rotational speed of the AC motor and inputting the signal of the rotational speed into the microprocessor. The microprocessor controls energization or deenergization of the relay.

Abstract: A multi-axial expandable pedicle screw includes a hollow screw having a spherical shaped end for connecting with an adapting piece in the form of a universal joint structure. The hollow screw further includes a tip shaped end, and a bore formed inside the hollow structure having a taper shaped tip. Expansion gaps are formed in the hollow screw to uniformly set up two, three, four or more anterior fins on the hollow screw extending upward along its axial direction, from its tip to the bore. The hollow screw is configured to receive an inner needle disposed in the bore. This pedicle screw is easy to operate and provides a high degree of control in screw expansion with increased stability and reliability. At the same time, this pedicle screw reduces the occurrence of screw loosening, and screw pull-out events, and also reduces failure rates of spinal surgeries.

Abstract: Ternary tungsten boride nitride (WBN) thin films and related methods of formation are provided. The films are have excellent thermal stability, tunable resistivity and good adhesion to oxides. Methods of forming the films can involve thermal atomic layer deposition (ALD) processes in which boron-containing, nitrogen-containing and tungsten-containing reactants are sequentially pulsed into a reaction chamber to deposit the WBN films. In some embodiments, the processes include multiple cycles of boron-containing, nitrogen-containing and tungsten-containing reactant pulses, with each cycle including multiple boron-containing pulses.

By the method of the disclosure, on one hand, the base station sufficiently obtains the channel state information reported by the UE, which benefits for more suitable scheduling and resource allocating for the UE; on the other hand, PUSCH resources can be used more rationally.
