    Abstract: A needle protecting module of an injection device in connecting with a syringe has a needle base, a needle body a tube module, a mounting tube, an elastic unit, and a stopping unit. The syringe has a tube body and an axis. The needle body transfixes the needle base and communicates with the tube body for medication injection. The needle base is removably engaged with the tube body and bearing the needle protecting module is transfixed by the needle body. The tube module is mounted around the needle base and has an annular space. The mounting tube is movably inserted into the annular space. The elastic unit is mounted in the annular space and abuts both the mounting tube and the needle base bilaterally. The stopping unit is moveably mounted in the annular space and is selectively engaged with the mounting tube.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for transmitting data using a codebook. The method includes: receiving current antenna configuration information of a transmitting end; obtaining a mask matrix corresponding to the current antenna configuration according to the current antenna configuration information; generating a codebook corresponding to the current antenna configuration according to a mother codebook and the mask matrix; selecting one codebook element from the codebook, and transmitting indication information corresponding to the codebook element to the transmitting end; and receiving data transmitted by the transmitting end. In the embodiments of the present invention, a mask matrix is obtained according to current antenna configuration information, and a codebook is generated according to the mask matrix and a mother codebook that is corresponding to the maximum number of antennas and the maximum number of layers that are fed back through channel state information.

According to the solution of the present invention, there are provided a method and a device for HARQ retransmission in relay stations of a wireless communication network, wherein in HARQ retransmission, the HARQ procedure is implemented based on resource allocated by a base station; and a method and device for HARQ in a base station, characterized in that a HARQ procedure is implemented in-between one or more relay stations and a mobile station. With the methods of the present invention, the HARQ problems existing in a multi-hop network are overcome, the correction rate of data transmission is improved, while time delay for data transmission is reduced.

Through the trench MOSFET device, the gate capacitance and resistance thereof are reduced so the performance is increased.

Since the two electrodes make contact with each other with a dielectric layer interposed therebetween, the position of the moveable electrode can be stably maintained by frictional force between the electrodes.
