    Abstract: A nonvolatile memory structure includes a first PMOS transistor and a first floating-gate transistor on a first active region in a substrate, a second PMOS transistor and a second floating-gate transistor on a second active region in the substrate, and an n-type erase region in the substrate. A source line connects with sources of the first and the second PMOS transistors. A bit line connects with drains of the first and the second floating-gate transistors. A word line connects with first and the second select gates in the first and the second PMOS transistors respectively. An erase line connects with the n-type erase region. The first floating-gate transistor includes a first floating gate with an extended portion extending on a first portion of the n-type erase region. The second floating-gate transistor includes a second floating gate with an extended portion extending on a second portion of the n-type erase region.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a power generation system including a double-fed induction generator, a power converter, and a controller. The double-fed induction generator includes a rotor and a stator coupled to a grid. The power converter includes a rotor side converter coupled to the rotor of the generator, a grid side converter coupled to the grid, and a DC bus coupled between the rotor side converter and the grid side converter. The controller includes a rotor side controller for controlling the rotor side converter and a grid side controller for controlling the grid side converter. The rotor side controller includes a compensator having a transfer function and configured to counter a negative resistance effect of the generator to suppress sub-synchronous oscillations. The present invention further discloses a system for suppressing sub-synchronous oscillations and a method for controlling operation of a power system.

When the portable luminescence detector of the present invention is used in conjunction with the mobile device, the sample tray is placed at a position corresponding to that of the focusing lens module, and the light source module is used for providing a light source band, then the image capturing module works with the focus lens module to capture an image of the sample under the light source band and to provide the image for RGB spectral analysis or real-time image RGB spectral analysis.

The fast dynamics devices are controlled locally using a control algorithm that uses a reactive power contribution based on IVVC settings, based on photo-voltaic (PV) plant active power variations, based on power factor, or based on a voltage of the local electric network.
