    Abstract: A leadframe includes a die pad and a plurality of leads corresponding to the die pad. The die pad for supporting a die is formed with a plurality of sides, each of the sides having at least one recess portion and at least one protrusion portion. The leads are substantially coplanar to the die pad. The leads include a plurality of first leads and a plurality of second leads. The first leads extend into the recess portions respectively, and the second leads are aligned with the protrusion portions. The length of the first leads is greater than that of the second leads. The length of wires electrically connecting the die to the leads or the die pad can be adjusted by the sides of the leadframe with the recess portion and the protrusion portion having a dimension corresponding to the leads, so as to save the manufacture cost of the leadframe.

The execution unit is installed in the central processing unit and used for controlling the first switch and the second switch. The switches control the transmission of clocks according to the power saving mode operated by the microcontroller circuit, so that the central processing unit and each peripheral can work with a proper clock to reduce power use.

    Abstract: A method to speed up the execution of repeatable commands and a microcontroller able to speed up the execution of repeatable commands are disclosed. When the microcontroller is to execute repeatable commands in a program, it temporarily stores repeatable commands to a storage unit. If the execution of the repeatable command loop continues, then the repeatable command loop is retrieved from the storage unit and executed at higher clock cycle frequency. At the start and end of the repeatable command loop are respectively defined by a starting point and an end point for determining whether the repeatable command loop should continue to execute. The microcontroller thereby speeds up the execution of the repeatable command and the performance thereof.

Because the electronic device body is activated after the tag is identified by the identification unit, the invention is able to reduce the theft rate of the electronic device body by separately storing the electronic device body and the remote unit.

The delay module can be installed in the column driver module or the timing controller, and is used for delaying the load signal for a predetermined time. The load signal is utilized to trigger the plurality of column drivers to output video data provided by a video data source and the video data corresponds to pixels on a panel of the display device. The driving device can use in a cascading, point-to-point or bus-type interfacing architecture to transmit the load signal.

The wavelength converting structure comprises the following: a substrate, and a wavelength converting coating which is deposited on the substrate and comprises: (a) a phosphor powder which can be excited by UVC; and (b) an anti-UVC adhesive, wherein the thickness of the wavelength converting coating is 2 to 10 times the average particle size of the phosphor powder and the amount of the phosphor powder in the wavelength converting coating conforms to at least one of the following requirements: (i) the phosphor powder should be about 30% to 85% by volume of the wavelength converting coating based on the total volume of the phosphor powder and the adhesive; and (ii) the weight ratio of the phosphor powder to the adhesive should range from 1:1 to 20:1. The wavelength converting coating can effectively convert UVC to visible light to provide a visible light source with a high surface area.
