As the electric circuit board is parallel to and contacts with the front surface of the disk body, so the electric circuit board takes a little space of the shield, and the volume of the mobile hard disk is smaller than the traditional one.

Then, a flat releasing paper is attached on a surface of the PU resin opposite to the three-dimensional releasing paper, forming a semi-product that is further finished by a finishing device to become a three-dimensional patterned textile via combining with a base textile or a three-dimensional patterned leather by means of a finishing mold. No solvent is utilized through the whole process, achieving a purpose of environmental protection and public health.

    Abstract: Automatic process control of after-etch-inspection critical dimension. A dielectric layer is deposited over a substrate and is then planarized to a first thickness. A cap oxide layer having a second thickness is deposited, wherein the combination of the first thickness and the second thickness is substantially constant. An ADI CD of a contact hole to be formed on the substrate is altered and pre-determined based on the second thickness of the cap oxide layer. A photoresist layer is formed on the cap oxide layer. An opening having the predetermined ADI CD is formed in the photoresist layer. Using the photoresist layer as an etching mask, the cap oxide layer and the dielectric layer is etched through the opening to form a contact hole having an AEI CD.

    Abstract: A scroll wheel device with a thin film type command switch mainly replaces conventional optical grating switch during rotation of a wheel for outputting a signal. The thin film type command switch is a flexible circuit board, and is provided with a circuit arrangement corresponding to a rotating trajectory of the wheel. The wheel is provided with a pressing portion which is simultaneously driven during rotation of the wheel and pressing the thin film type command switch for outputting different command signals. The thin film type command switch of the present invention can decrease the manufacturing cost and save the installation space of the scroll wheel device.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a light emitting chip package includes bonding a patterned metal plate having at least a thermal enhanced plate and many contacts around the same to a substrate and bonding a film-like circuit layer to the patterned metal plate. Many conductive wires are formed to connect the film-like circuit layer and the contacts. Thereafter, at least a first molding is formed on the substrate to encapsulate the patterned metal plate, the conductive wires and a portion of the film-like circuit layer. At least one light emitting chip disposed on the film-like circuit layer exposed by the first molding has many bumps to which the light emitting chip and the film-like circuit layer are electrically connected. A cutting process is performed to form at least one light emitting chip package, and the substrate is removed. Therefore, heat dissipation efficiency of the light emitting chip package can be improved.

    Abstract: A power supply to provide operation power for cooling fans includes a non-stop power system to provide DC power in normal conditions to a remote switch control circuit to set a computer in an ON or OFF condition. The non-stop power system also outputs the DC power to a fan actuation control circuit to drive a rear end cooling fan. The fan actuation control circuit and the remote switch control circuit are bridged by a cooling delay unit. The cooling delay unit receives a computer ON/OFF signal from the remote switch control circuit and outputs another signal to enable the cooling fan to operate for a period of time before stopping.

    Abstract: A method for fabricating a contact hole is provided. A semiconductor substrate having thereon a conductive region is prepared. A dielectric layer is deposited on the semiconductor substrate and the conductive region. An etching resistive layer is coated on the dielectric layer. A silicon-containing hard mask bottom anti-reflection coating (SHB) layer is then coated on the etching resistive layer. A photoresist layer is then coated on the SHB layer. A lithographic process is performed to form a first opening in the photoresist layer. Using the photoresist layer as a hard mask, the SHB layer is etched through the first opening, thereby forming a shrunk, tapered second opening in the SHB layer. Using the etching resistive layer as an etching hard mask, etching the dielectric layer through the second opening to form a contact hole in the dielectric layer.
