  • Publication number: 20060137963
Abstract: A silver contact structure for conductive blades aims at providing an increased contact area between a silver contact and a conductive blade so that the silver contact may be fixed more securely without breaking off. The conductive blade has a fastening section running through which has a non-circular and irregular cross section to increase the horizontal frictional force so that the silver contact is less likely to break off and may result in a longer service life. The contact area between the silver contact and the conductive blade also increases, thus enhancing the heat dissipation.

  • Patent number: 7062921
Abstract: A multi-stage thermoacoustic device includes a resonance tube mounted therein a plurality of stacks and a plurality of heat exchangers interlaid with each other adjacent to a second end of the resonance tube. A working fluid is filled in the resonance tube. A driver mounted on a first end of the resonance tube drives the working fluid oscillate in the resonance tube, the working fluid is compressed and expanded and causes temperature oscillation and thermal energy flowing from one end of the stack to the other end. The thermal energy, such as cooling capacity, is finally transferred outward through the heat exchangers on sides of the stacks. The multiple stacks and heat exchangers perform a multiple stage temperature gradient. More thermal energy is transferred, and the working efficiency is improved.

  • Publication number: 20060126365
Abstract: A method for controlling power supply in a buffered modulation mode is to control an inverter to perform energy transformation so that the inverter and a load in the rear end can function in a reliable characteristic range and prevent the load from aging too quickly. The method includes entering a total energy control regulation signal to an input end of an energy/time ratio synthesizing control unit to get an ON_OFF (High-Low) control sequence on output ends thereof, and adding a regulation energy of varying amplitudes during the ON-Time in the burst period of two ON_OFF cycles to prevent the excitation dynamical ratio of the inverter from being excessively large thereby to prevent the load from aging too quickly.

  • Publication number: 20060109700
Abstract: A pulsating current inverter control circuit aims to convert AC power provided by an external electric source to a pulsating current through a rectification unit. The inverter has a control unit outputting an operation frequency to an actuation unit to divide the pulsating current to a plurality of electric pulse waves to drive a transformer to perform voltage transformation and drive a load. An inspection unit has a preset reference electricity value to compare with the pulsating current and output an activation signal and a deactivation signal to activate or deactivate the actuation unit. The transformer stops performing voltage transformation while the actuation unit is deactivated. Thus the transformer can output power to drive the load. The inspection unit can output a comparison signal to the control unit to alter the conductive interval of the operation frequency so that the inverter can output steady electricity in different AC environments.
