    Abstract: A silver contact fixing structure for conductive blades aims at providing a retaining force on a silver contact so that the silver contact is more secure and does not break loose when subject to striking. The silver contact is built in a fastening section formed on a conductive blade. The fastening section has at least two fixing zones connecting to each other and a bucking end adjacent to the fixing zones to increase the retaining force between the silver contact and the conductive blade so that the silver contact does not break loose easily thereby increasing the service life thereof.

    Abstract: The present invention is a lamp current control circuit applied to a high voltage outputting combination for providing uniformity of lamp current of at least one load. Voltage dividing units of the lamp current control circuit receive high power signals output by the high voltage outputting combination and redistributes high power signals to lower power signals. A signal-processing unit receives the lower power signals distributed by the voltage-dividing units, compares the lower power signals with each other, and outputs the compensation power signal to the control unit. The compensation power signal is compared with a reference power signal of a variable unit, and a comparison power signal is output, thereby uniformly distributing the lamp current inside the load. For the above reason, it prevents power loss inside the load or damage to the load from abnormal lamp currents.

    Abstract: A silver contact connection structure for conductive blades aims at providing a technique for fabricating a thin silver contact. The technique includes forming an extended fastening section from the surface of a conductive blade by machining; wedging the conductive blade in an upper mold that has a retaining surface mating the fastening section; placing a silver wire into the fastening section; and stamping the silver wire through a lower mold. The retaining wall holds the fastening section to prevent the fastening section from fracturing when the thin conductive blade is subject to the impact of stamping.

    Abstract: This invention discloses an arc discharge protection device for preventing an arc discharge effect produced by an abnormal phenomenon in the high-voltage output area. After a voltage conversion unit of this arc discharge protection device receives the high-voltage arc discharge signal in the high-voltage output area, the signal is converted into a low-voltage arc discharge signal. A filter unit is provided to determine the potential and filter the abnormal frequency signal, and then the rectify unit will receive the abnormal frequency signal and output an arc wave clutter after the rectification. A touch control unit will detect the arc wave clutter and output a trigger signal to stop the operation of the control unit or the driving unit, and thus achieving the purpose of preventing sparks or burning caused by the heat accumulated in the peripheral components during the arc discharge effect.

    Abstract: Provided are a semiconductor low-K Si die flip chip package with warpage control and fabrication methods for such packages. The packages include heat spreaders that are attached to the low-K Si die and packaging substrate. In general, the modulus of the thermal interface material, which is used to attach the heat spreader to the low-K Si die, is selected as high as possible relative to other commercially available thermal interface materials. On the other hand, the modulus of the adhesive, which is used to attach the heat spreader via an optional stiffener to the substrate, is selected as low as possible relative to other commercially available adhesives. The result is a package with less bowing and so improved co-planarity (in compliance with industry specifications) with the surface to which it is ultimately bound. Moreover, the low-K Si die and package reliabilities are thereby enhanced.
