    Abstract: The invention is directed to a corona charging device having a powder feed with an outlet. The device has an internal charging cavity having an inlet and a charged powder outlet. The powder feed outlet is positioned at the internal charging cavity inlet. The device is adapted to guide a powder stream downstream from the powder feed outlet to the charged powder outlet. The device also includes a corona charger having one or more needle projections (each having a tip) positioned and adapted to facilitate a corona ion flow from the needle projections and intersecting the powder stream. The device also includes a rotating ground electrode adapted to be charged or grounded to attract the corona flow from the needle projections, and to rotate segments of the ground electrode between the internal charging cavity and a ground electrode cleaner.

A plurality of yield rates relating to wafer products are summed and averaged for a historical yield rate. Multiple representational inline QC parameters are selected. A statistical process is implemented and, if no extreme value and collinear parameter exists and if analysis results satisfy normal distribution, multiple optimum inline QC parameters are selected from the representational inline QC parameters. Weights of each optimum inline QC parameter are calculated. A predicted yield rate is calculated according to the historical yield rate, weights, and a plurality of measurement and target values relating to the wafer products.

    Abstract: A lamp holder includes a body provided with a recessed room, a metal helical cylinder fitted in the recessed room for a lamp bulb to screw with. The body has a through hole vertically in the body, and an elastic conductive unit is positioned in the through hole. A central conductor is fixed at the bottom side of the body, located at one side of the through hole and connected with one terminal of electricity. The elastic conductive unit consists of a coil spring and a conductive rod fitted around by the coil spring. The conductive rod has its lower end normally separated from the central conductor by the elasticity of the coil spring. Unless a lamp bulb is screwed in the helical cylinder completely, it cannot push down enough the conductive rod to let electricity get through to light up the lamp bulb. Thus the safety of the lamp holder is enhanced.

    Abstract: An ground fault circuit interrupter includes two conductive wires, an AC-DC converter, a switch circuit, two annular magnets each having a induction coil, a signal treating and controlling circuit, a manual switch driving circuit, and an electronic switch driving circuit. The switch circuit is connected in series with the conductive wires for cutting off power to the output terminals of the conductive wires. The signal treating and controlling circuit electrified by the AC-DC converter receives signals from the conductive wires and sends out its controlled signal. The connecting point of the input of the switch circuit and the output of the signal treating and controlling circuit is connected in parallel with a manual switch driving circuit and an electronic switch driving circuit, for keeping safety of the electricity between the input of power and the output or a load.

Electric current is transmitted to two conducting members beside the female threaded post. The holder body is fixed with a center male-threaded post on the topside to be combined with the female threaded post and two conducting posts beside the center threaded post. The conducting posts contacts with the conducting members for receiving electric current after the center male-threaded post is combined with the female threaded post. The conducting posts transmits electric current to a circuit board in the socket body and then to the conducting posts of a CFL under the holder body for starting the CFL to give out light. The holder body and the fundamental base can be separated for facilitating installing of CFLs.

The light guide in two adjacent BLUs of the module defines a second cavity opposite the first cavity for receiving an adjacent heat conduction member of a prior adjacent light guide. The module is provided with a variable size with the BLUs assembled together to meet requirements.

The pivotal column is fixed on a sidewall of the receptacle, having a pivotal pin on its top and its bottom. The locking hook is fixed on the other side of the pivotal column on the sidewall. The cover case has a flat projection on the top and the bottom of its inner side, with each flat projection bored with a locking hole, and a locking bar with a rear opening provided at its other side. Then the pivotal pins may insert in the pivotal holes of the flat projections, and the locking bar is to lock with the locking hook, which is then to be confined in the opening, enabling the cover case to close stably on the terminal screws.

The input means is employed to write line data into the line buffer at an input line rate, and the output means is employed to read the written line data from the line buffer at an output line rate. The status detector is coupled to the input means and the output means for generating a status signal indicating whether the input line rate and the output line rate are unbalanced. The auto-tune control means is used to adjust the output line rate in response to the status signal so as to balance the input line rate and the output line rate.

The cap and the shell are combined together by hooking, and the electric board is combined with the base by plural pins, and then the electric board assembled together with the base is inserted in a hollow space of the shell. A compact fluorescent lamp (CFL) is to be inserted in a groove in the base. Then wires are connected properly between the electric board and electric power so as to light up a CFL fitted in the base. The shell is easily separated from the cap to fall down a little owing to some spare preset length of the wires so it is convenient to replace a CFL or to repair the socket.

The bottom cover restrains the locking spring and the clipping members. The outer shell covers the bottom cover, combined with an outer ring and a power-wire tube for a power wire to pass through and reach the clipping members.
