    Abstract: A torsion adjusting structure, which is installed on a shaft and a carrying member pivoted on the shaft, includes a gear, a pair of friction washers, and a linkage assembly. The shaft passes through the gear and the friction washers respectively abutted on two opposite surfaces of the gear. The linkage assembly installed on the carrying member has an engaging portion. The linkage assembly is adjusted between an engaging position and a separating position. When the linkage assembly is at the engaging position, the engaging portion engages with the gear for enabling rotation of the carrying member to rotate the gear to rub the friction washers, thereby providing the carrying member with an additional torsion. When the linkage assembly is at the separating position, the engaging portion separates from the gear for maintaining the relative position between the gear and the friction washers.

Thus, when the bracket pivots by being forced, the shaft and the limited washer maintains the position thereof to cause that the relative position of the ends of the torsional spring, which respectively inserted into the bracket and the limited washer, is changed to provide the bracket with an additional torsion. Therefore, the instant disclosure provides the supporting device capable of the torsion variable function.

A first portion of the magnetic pole layer(s) resides in the pole trench. The magnetic pole layer(s) have a seam in the pole tip portion that extends to the top surface. The method also includes cathodically etching a second portion of the magnetic pole layer(s) from the seam at a rate of not more than 0.1 nanometers/second, thereby forming a seam trench in the magnetic pole layer(s). The method also includes refilling the seam trench with at least one magnetic refill layer. At least an additional magnetic pole layer is deposited on the top surface and the magnetic refill layer(s).
