Abstract: Embodiments of mechanisms of an air treatment system are provided. The air treatment system includes a heating tank having a heating chamber containing air. The air includes gas, water vapor, a number of contaminants floating thereon. The air treatment system further includes a cooling tank having a first cooling chamber receiving the air from the heating chamber. Some of the water vapor in the first cooling tank condenses to a number of droplets, and some of the contaminants are mixed with into the droplets.

Abstract: A method includes exposing and developing a negative photo resist, and performing a treatment on the negative photo resist using an electron beam. After the treatment, a layer underlying the photo resist is etched using the negative photo resist as an etching mask.

Abstract: A cloud-based monitoring apparatus includes a cloud-based network system, a cloud-based database connected with the cloud-based network system, at least one gateway control unit connected with the cloud-based network system, at least one mobile apparatus connected signally with the cloud-based database, at least one basic detection module connected signally with the gateway control unit, at least one serial bus module connected signally with the gateway control unit, at least one analog I/O module connected signally with the gateway control unit, at least one digital I/O module connected signally with the gateway control unit, and an ISP connected signally with the cloud-based database. The gateway control unit, the basic detection module, the serial bus module, the analog I/O module, and the digital I/O module are all mounted in a monitored environment and have at least individual monitor parameters.

Abstract: A method for virtual channel management is provided. The method includes the following steps. In response to a command, a control unit of a network-based multimedia reproduction system determines whether the command is associated with virtual channel switching. When the command is associated with virtual channel switching, the control unit checks whether a channel value corresponding to the command exists in an application virtual channel table. When the channel value exists in the application virtual channel table, the control unit determines an application corresponding to the channel number from the application virtual channel table, and executes the application. According to a first operation parameter set corresponding to the application, the control unit sets the executed application to retrieve digital contents through a network unit of the network-based multimedia reproduction system.

Abstract: A calibration method of a stereo camera includes controlling a left eye image capture unit and a right eye image capture unit of the stereo camera to execute an image capture operation on a calibration pattern with a plurality of feature points to generate a left eye image and a right eye image, respectively; extracting a plurality of first feature points and a plurality of second feature points corresponding to the plurality of feature points from the left eye image and the right eye image, respectively; calculating camera calibration parameters corresponding to extrinsic parameters of the stereo camera according to the plurality of first feature points, the plurality of second feature points, and intrinsic parameters of the stereo camera; and executing an camera calibration process on the left eye image capture unit and the right eye image capture unit according to the camera calibration parameters, respectively.

Abstract: A method for forming vias and trenches for an interconnect structure on a substrate includes exposing via pitch reduction patterns in a photoresist layer, developing the patterns to remove the via pitch reduction patterns, etching the photoresist layer partially using a polymer gas to reshape the pattern into small via shapes, and etching the remaining photoresist layer to extend the reshaped pattern. The reshaped small via shape patterns have a smaller pitch than the via pitch reduction patterns in a long direction. For via pitch reduction patterns having two vias each, the pattern has a peanut-shape. During the reshaping etch operation, the polymer gas deposits more in a pinched-in middle section while allowing downward etch in unpinched sections.

Abstract: A multi-computer vision recognition system for a level crossing obstacle is disclosed, comprising vision image systems, a position determination system, an obstacle determination resolution system and a power unit, where vision image systems which may operate all day long operate simultaneously, information of the single vision image systems is each computed by using the position determination system, and then the computed result is introduced to the obstacle determination resolution system for determination, whereby achieving an increased obstacle recognition result and a promoted obstacle recognition accuracy.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a one-pot synthetic method for synthesizing silver-containing waterborne polyurethane (WBPU). The method includes the steps of adding a silver ion-containing solution, such as silver nitrate solution, into WBPU emulsion to form a silver-containing PU emulsion by stirring, and dehydrating the silver-containing PU emulsion so as to obtain a WBPU containing nano-scaled silver particles having a uniform particle size and good dispersibility. The present invention provides a method that can be easily and speedily operated, and the silver-containing WBPU prepared according to the method of the present invention exhibits excellent antibacterial, bactericidal and deodorant effects but using a small amount of silver.

Abstract: An isolation feature with a nitrogen-doped fill dielectric and a method of forming the isolation feature are disclosed. In an exemplary embodiment, the method of forming the isolation feature comprises receiving a substrate having a top surface. A recess is etched in the substrate, the recess extending from the top surface into the substrate. A dielectric is deposited within the recess such that the depositing of the dielectric includes introducing nitrogen during a chemical vapor deposition process. Accordingly, the deposited dielectric includes a nitrogen-doped dielectric. The deposited dielectric may include a nitrogen-doped silicon oxide. In some embodiments, the depositing of the dielectric disposes the nitrogen-doped dielectric in contact with a surface of the recess. In further embodiments, a liner material is deposited within the recess prior to the depositing of the dielectric within the recess.

The method includes defining a virtual channel and a preview channel corresponding to the virtual channel. A video stream list of the virtual channel is established for linking a plurality of video streams. A preview list is established and description information of each of the preview data corresponding to the video streams is recorded in the preview list. When the video playback device receives a preview channel selection instruction, the preview data is obtained automatically and played continuously. When the video playback device receives a preview data selection instruction, the video stream corresponding to the preview data being selected is recognized as a selected video stream. The preview channel is switched to the virtual channel, and the selected video stream is obtained from a video stream service and played automatically.

The electrochromic element has an opening through which the first area of the encapsulant is exposed. The second area of the encapsulant is covered by the electrochromic element. The electrochromic element can change its color when being electrified, thereby changing the color temperature of the light output from the LED unit.
