    Abstract: Embodiments of mechanisms of an air treatment system are provided. The air treatment system includes a heating tank having a heating chamber containing air. The air includes gas, water vapor, a number of contaminants floating thereon. The air treatment system further includes a cooling tank having a first cooling chamber receiving the air from the heating chamber. Some of the water vapor in the first cooling tank condenses to a number of droplets, and some of the contaminants are mixed with into the droplets.

When the channel value exists in the application virtual channel table, the control unit determines an application corresponding to the channel number from the application virtual channel table, and executes the application. According to a first operation parameter set corresponding to the application, the control unit sets the executed application to retrieve digital contents through a network unit of the network-based multimedia reproduction system.

    Abstract: A method for forming vias and trenches for an interconnect structure on a substrate includes exposing via pitch reduction patterns in a photoresist layer, developing the patterns to remove the via pitch reduction patterns, etching the photoresist layer partially using a polymer gas to reshape the pattern into small via shapes, and etching the remaining photoresist layer to extend the reshaped pattern. The reshaped small via shape patterns have a smaller pitch than the via pitch reduction patterns in a long direction. For via pitch reduction patterns having two vias each, the pattern has a peanut-shape. During the reshaping etch operation, the polymer gas deposits more in a pinched-in middle section while allowing downward etch in unpinched sections.

The present invention provides a method that can be easily and speedily operated, and the silver-containing WBPU prepared according to the method of the present invention exhibits excellent antibacterial, bactericidal and deodorant effects but using a small amount of silver.

    Abstract: An isolation feature with a nitrogen-doped fill dielectric and a method of forming the isolation feature are disclosed. In an exemplary embodiment, the method of forming the isolation feature comprises receiving a substrate having a top surface. A recess is etched in the substrate, the recess extending from the top surface into the substrate. A dielectric is deposited within the recess such that the depositing of the dielectric includes introducing nitrogen during a chemical vapor deposition process. Accordingly, the deposited dielectric includes a nitrogen-doped dielectric. The deposited dielectric may include a nitrogen-doped silicon oxide. In some embodiments, the depositing of the dielectric disposes the nitrogen-doped dielectric in contact with a surface of the recess. In further embodiments, a liner material is deposited within the recess prior to the depositing of the dielectric within the recess.

When the video playback device receives a preview channel selection instruction, the preview data is obtained automatically and played continuously. When the video playback device receives a preview data selection instruction, the video stream corresponding to the preview data being selected is recognized as a selected video stream.
