    Abstract: The present invention relates to a color interpolation method for Bayer filter array images. The method first inputs a 3×3 Bayer pattern block with a center pixel. Next, a color filter interpolation case is determined according to the type of the center pixel. Next, Bayer pixel averages and Bayer pixel differences in horizontal and vertical directions of the color filter interpolation case are obtained. Next, missing color components of the center pixel are interpolated in both horizontal and vertical directions. Next, color differences in the horizontal and vertical directions are obtained based on the Bayer pixel differences and averages. Next, a pixel activity of the 3×3 Bayer pixel block is determined. Finally, interpolated color components in the direction of lower color differences are selected, when the pixel activity is high.

    Abstract: The poison-filter material of the invention includes a substrate and a metal oxide. The substrate includes numerous holes, and the metal oxide is adhered to a surface of the substrate and the holes. The method for producing the poison-filter material of the invention includes the following steps of sonicating and impregnating a substrate into a metallic salt aqueous solution; and calcining the substrate to form a metal oxide on a surface of the substrate and numerous holes of the substrate, such that the poison-filter material is produced. In the invention, the metallic salt aqueous solution is fully oscillated to impregnate the porous substrate, and metal oxide is formed on the surface and holes of the substrate after high-temperature calcination. Therefore, the adsorbent material of the invention can effectively adsorb noxious gas and lower penetrability of noxious gas.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a nitride crystalline film includes following steps. First, a substrate is provided. Next, a first nitride crystalline film is formed on the substrate. A patterned mask is then formed on the first nitride crystalline film. The patterned mask covers a first part of the first nitride crystalline film and exposes a second part of the first nitride crystalline film. Afterwards, the second part is etched, and the first part is maintained. After that, the patterned mask is removed. The first part is then etched to form a plurality of nitride crystal nuclei. Next, a second nitride crystalline film is formed on the substrate, and the second nitride crystalline film is made to cover the nitride crystal nuclei. A nitride film and a substrate structure are also provided.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a one-pot synthetic method for synthesizing silver-containing waterborne polyurethane (WBPU). The method includes the steps of adding a silver ion-containing solution, such as silver nitrate solution, into WBPU emulsion to form a silver-containing PU emulsion by stirring, and dehydrating the silver-containing PU emulsion so as to obtain a WBPU containing nano-scaled silver particles having a uniform particle size and good dispersibility. The present invention provides a method that can be easily and speedily operated, and the silver-containing WBPU prepared according to the method of the present invention exhibits excellent antibacterial, bactericidal and deodorant effects but using a small amount of silver.

    Abstract: An illuminating device for machining tools is disclosed. A machining tool is installed with an illuminating device that uses a single LED prepared using the multi chip single module technique to provide high-power light. This elongates the lifetime of the illuminating device and has the advantages of power-saving and low temperature. The light thus produced does not have UV and IR components. In addition to no radiation injury to human bodies, the invention also avoids overlapped shadows in the case of multiple LED sources. Such a design of the cold and single light source can effectively bad influences on the precision of objects 31 being processed.

A gate dielectric layer is formed between the gate and the semiconductor substrate, wherein the gate dielectric layer comprises two or more portions having different thicknesses arranged laterally in a way that the thicknesses of the portions gradually increase from one side beside the source doping region to the opposite side bordering the field oxide layer. With such structure, the hot carrier impact is minimized and the gate length can be scaled down to gain Idlin.
