    Abstract: A foundry dust compound reinforcing filler for natural rubber contains 40-80 parts by weight of foundry dust, 10-40 parts by weight of silica and 10-40 parts by weight of Carbon black. A method for preparing a foundry dust compound reinforcing filler for natural rubber includes the steps of sieving, iron removal, pickling, precipitation, primary grinding, mixing, secondary grinding, granulation and the like. The foundry dust compound reinforcing filler used for reinforcing natural rubber is easy to disperse in natural rubber. The compound reinforcing filler has excellent reinforcing effect, which realizes the resource utilization of casting dust waste and reduces the consumption of silica and carbon black.

The panel includes outlets and tubes. The outlets extend through the panel. Each of the tubes is in communication with a corresponding one of the outlets and includes tangential passageways. Each of the tubes receives a corresponding one of the protuberances. The tangential passageways of each of the tubes receive the fins of the corresponding protuberance so that each of the tangential passageways is partially blocked by the corresponding fin. The collar is connected to the shell and includes an annular flange. The collar receives the panel. The panel is sandwiched between the annular flange of the collar and an end of the shell.

    Abstract: A data processing circuit and a fault-mitigating method, which are adapted for a memory having a faulty bit, are provided. The memory is configured to store data related to an image, a weight for a multiply-accumulate (MAC) operation of image feature extraction, and/or a value for an activation operation. Sequence data is written into the memory. The bit number of the sequence data equals to the bit number used for storing data in a sequence block of the memory. The sequence data is accessed from the memory, wherein the access of the faulty bit in the memory is ignored. The value of the faulty bit is replaced by the value of a non-faulty bit in the memory to form new sequence data. The new sequence data is used for MAC. Accordingly, the accuracy of image recognition can be improved for the faulty memory.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to an apparatus and methods for applying X-ray reflectometry (XRR) in characterizing three dimensional nanostructures supported on a flat substrate with a miniscule sampling area and a thickness in nanometers. In particular, this disclosure is targeted for addressing the difficulties encountered when XRR is applied to samples with intricate nanostructures along all three directions, e.g. arrays of nanostructured poles or shafts. Convergent X-ray with long wavelength, greater than that from a copper anode of 0.154 nm and less than twice of the characteristic dimensions along the film thickness direction, is preferably used with appropriate collimations on both incident and detection arms to enable the XRR for measurements of samples with limited sample area and scattering volumes. In one embodiment, the incident angle of the long-wavelength focused X-ray is ?24°, and the sample area is ?25 ?m×25 ?m.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a device and a method for measuring a thickness of an ultrathin film on a solid substrate. The thickness of the target ultrathin film is measured from the intensity of the fluorescence converted by the substrate and leaking and tunneling through the target ultrathin film at low detection angle. The fluorescence generated from the substrate has sufficient and stable high intensity, and therefore can provide fluorescence signal strong enough to make the measurement performed rapidly and precisely. The detection angle is small, and therefore the noise ratio is low, and efficiency of thickness measurement according to the method disclosed herein is high. The thickness measurement method can be applied into In-line product measurement without using standard sample, and therefore the thickness of the product can be measured rapidly and efficiently.
