The invention prevents package warpage by providing the support layer, and allows disposing of other packages or electronic elements by electrically connecting the RDL structures through the conductive through hole vias.

The communication connector includes a base, a set of conductive terminals, a case, and a cover, wherein the set of conductive terminals is situated on the base, and the case is used for accommodating the base and the set of conductive terminals. The case has a first incline with an opening. The cover has a second incline and a notch. The shape of the second incline matches the first incline to allow the cover to move upward or downward relative to the case. The shape of the notch matches the communication plug. When the cover moves upward, the communication plug passes the notch, enters the opening, and electrically connects to the set of conductive terminals.

By forming the conductive through hole and the circuit layer simultaneously, the invention eliminates the need to form a dielectric layer before forming the circuit layer and dispenses with the conventional chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) process, thus greatly improving the fabrication efficiency.

The precursor is a bifunctional compound. The bifunctional group includes a trisaccharide structure and a diamide dimercaptide (N2S2) ligand. The trisaccharide has high affinity to asialoglycoprotein receptors (ASGPR) on surfaces of hepatocytes while N2S2 ligand reacts with radioisotopes to form neutral complexes. Thus the precursor stays on surfaces of hepatocytes to provide radioisotope labeling or treatment effect of liver cancers.

Techniques include using speech information, speaker information, and information associated with a spoken query to enhance open voice search results. This includes integrating a textual index with a voice index to support the entire search cycle. Given a voice query, the system can execute two matching processes simultaneously. This can include a text matching process based on the output of speech recognition, as well as a voice matching process based on characteristics of a caller or user voicing a query. Characteristics of the caller can include output of voice feature extraction and metadata about the call. The system clusters callers according to these characteristics. The system can use specific voice and text clusters to modify speech recognition results, as well as modifying search results.

The induction unit includes an induction circuit board, a plurality of induction coils embedded within the induction circuit board, and a plurality of coil windings wound respectively on the projecting rods. The conductive members extend through the insulating frame and the induction circuit board for establishing an electrical connection between each of the induction coils and a corresponding one of the coil windings. The turn numbers of the coil windings are not limited by the area and thickness of the induction circuit board, and can be increased. Alternatively, the coil windings may be positioned to increase the magnetic pole slot number when energized. As such, a driving force of the motor stator can be increased.
