The silicon-containing dielectric layer is then subjected to a curing process, an in-situ wetting treatment and an annealing process in sequence, whereby a gap-filling dielectric layer with a nitrogen atom density less than 1×1022 atoms/cm3 is formed.

    Abstract: An ancillary device is provided for enhancing energy saving and carbon reduction efficiency of an engine and includes an electrolytic bath mounted in an automobile to receive a supply of pure water. The electrolytic bath is electrically connected to an automobile battery, such that when the battery supplies an electrical current to the electrolytic bath, the electrolytic bath electrolyzes the pure water supplied thereto into hydrogen and oxygen, which are respectively conveyed through the first gas conveyance tube and the second gas conveyance tube into an intake manifold of the engine and a fuel pipe to allow hydrogen, after being mixed with fuel, to be supplied into a cylinder of the engine for combustion, while oxygen is fed through the intake manifold into the cylinder of the engine to support the combustion.

    Abstract: Techniques for scale factor based on viewing distance are described. In at least some embodiments, a viewing distance refers to a distance at which a user typically views and/or is viewing a display device. For instance, different displays can be used in different ways and for different purposes, and thus may have different viewing distances. Techniques discussed herein consider the estimated viewing distance of a particular display in determining a scale factor to be applied to visual elements (e.g., graphics) for output via the particular display. A scale factor, for instance, can specify that visual elements are to zoomed-out or zoomed-in prior to be displayed. As detailed herein, this enables a consistent viewing experience to be maintained across different devices with different display sizes and different viewing distances.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an improved black smoke burning and purifying apparatus for a vehicle exhaust comprising a burning system connected to intake of the exhaust and also to an emission smoke buffered filtering system. The emission smoke is guided into the burning chamber of the burning system and the fuel is atomized by a fuel atomized nozzle without being affected by the emission smoke. A pneumatic pump delivers air into the burning chamber to enhance burning and the emission smoke sequentially passes through buffering and filtering units of said buffered filtering system. Said buffering unit reduces flow rate of the emission smoke to prevent backflow from blowing off the spark. The emission smoke drives a turbine blade to force it pass through the filtering unit to burn off the carbon residuals thereof with the high temperature emission smoke to maintain proper emission of the exhaust of a diesel engine.

    Abstract: The fuel provision system uses hydrogen and oxygen from a hydrogen container and an oxygen container as energy source for a power unit to deliver work and for a fuel cell to produce electricity. In the mean time, the water resulted from the power unit and the fuel cell is stored in a water tank and then electrolyzed in an electrolytic tank to produce hydrogen and oxygen. The hydrogen and oxygen are separated by an exchange membrane and recycled to the hydrogen and oxygen containers. The power unit is one of combustion engine accompanied by a generator and a battery, a furnace or an industrial cutting/welding device with a fuel tank, and an electrothermal device. The water tank is capable of adjusting the volume of output water flow and overflowing excessive water.
