    Abstract: This invention is to disclose a structure of a battery set comprising a case, a battery body, a holder and a filling body. The case is formed like a clamp shape having an open space inside. The battery body disposed in the open space has a PCB adjacent to an open end of the holder. The holder is disposed on the open end thereof for holding the PCB. The filling body consists of one portion thereof filled in the open space to secure the battery body, and the remaining portions thereof respectively extending outwards to cover the outer side of the case. Therefore, the filling body both secures the holder and the protecting case and seals the open space.

    Abstract: A method for determining pressed locations of a touch screen, suitable for an electronic device having the touch screen, is provided. In the present method, coordinates and pressure values of m samples where the touch screen is pressed are detected. Then, the pressure values of those samples are compared to find n samples with the highest pressure values. Finally, the coordinates of those n samples are averaged for determining the pressed location of the touch screen. Accordingly, the accuracy of determining the pressed location of the touch screen can be increased and the convenience for operating the electronic device is enhanced.

    Abstract: A method of evaluating and optimizing performance of a chiller system includes the following steps. Determine a number of activated chillers, a number of activated cooling towers, and the lowest outlet temperature of cooling water of a cooling tower as an operating settings. By developing evaluating models, sequentially determine a temperature of the cooling water entering the chillers, a total power consumption of chillers, a total power consumption of the cooling towers, and a total power consumption of pumping cooling water. Then, determine a total power consumption of the system by the sum of the total power consumption of the chillers, the total power consumption of the cooling towers, and the total power consumption of pumping cooling water. Through the above method, the system total power consumptions under different operating settings are evaluated, so as to determine an optimized operating setting to optimize the performance of the system.

    Abstract: A bicycle sprocket structure installs three pairs of embedding grooves at the periphery of an axle bushing of an axle base for installing brackets and latch members, and a plurality of latching points for latching the latch members are separated by 60 degrees. With the ratchets disposed on an internal side of the sprocket axle hole, the ratchet can be latched and linked with a pair of latch members in the shortest time, when a pedal is stepped clockwise to drive the sprocket to rotate clockwise after an idle run, so as to reduce the intermittent time and provide a smoother operation. Meanwhile, the number of latch members is increased, such that when the sprocket is latched and linked with the axle base, the remaining latch members constitute a multi-point contact support to enhance the stability of the operation and avoid damages to the related component due to a stress.

    Abstract: In a service method by granting authorization before authentication, a service processing unit receives a service request that includes authentication information, and provides corresponding service. An authentication unit is used to authenticate the authentication information of the service request. A decision control unit is used to determine whether the service request calls for a service that allows pre-authorization. If affirmative, the decision control unit commands the service processing unit to first provide a partial service, simultaneously commands the authentication unit to authenticate the authentication information, and commands the service processing unit to further provide subsequent service upon successful authentication, and to stop the partial service and reject the service request if otherwise. Hence, under the condition that service security is not affected, authentication waiting time is shortened so as to achieve the effect of a faster response to providing service.

A dielectric layer is formed over the substrate, and then a patterned photoresist layer is formed thereon. A portion of the dielectric layer is removed using the patterned photoresist layer as an etching mask to form a patterned dielectric layer. The patterned photoresist layer is removed and a reflective layer is formed on the patterned dielectric layer. The reflective layer covers the second recesses and electrically connects to the active device.

    Abstract: The invention relates to an anti-skid structure between a body and a rim of a hollow foam wheel, and more particularly, to a hollow-shaped foam wheel body put around a rim. The wheel body includes two flanges that are thick and close to each other. Pluralities of retaining flakes are disposed apart on the surface of the rim covered by the wheel body, and pluralities of protrusions are disposed apart on the surface of the flanges corresponding to the wheel body. As the wheel body is tightly put around the rim, the protrusions and the retaining flakes block one another, avoiding the skid between the wheel body and the rim. Furthermore, the pressure on the surface of the wheel is conducted to the flanges leaning on each other through the sidewalls thereof, and is then balanced. Hence, the deformation of the wheel body is decreased. The wheel can carry more load and serve as an optimal buffer when employed.

    Abstract: A hollow EVA foam tire structure includes a tire, a core and a rim. The core includes a plurality of sections substantially arranged into an annular shape and being hollow on both sides. A plurality of protruding block sections is disposed on the internal side of the flange section of the core extended from the accommodating space of the tire, and both sides of the tire are covered by the rim having two corresponding external flange surfaces at the external sides. Pointed splinters are disposed on the external flange surface and protruding block sections are protruded from the rim. Thus, the protruding block sections of the wheel core are alternatively and mutually engaged. Therefore, when the two corresponding rims are securely coupled, the pointed splinters of the rim can be pierced and fixed into the tire, and the internal side of the tire is embedded into the hollow section of the wheel core by a compressing force.
