The actuated member when urged upwardly causes to rollers to press on back side faces of the latching members to rotate them between an open position and a closed position with lowered abrasion.

    Abstract: A method utilized for detecting a physical mark in a signal read from an optical disc, including: generating a matching signal capable of being utilized to identify the physical mark according to a reference clock and a wobble clock; generating a comparison signal by comparing the matching signal and a wobble data signal; determining whether a period of which the level of the comparison signal surpass a predetermined level within a predetermined period is greater than a threshold or not; and if the period greater than the threshold, generating an indication signal corresponding to the location of the physical mark. Wherein the wobble data signal and the wobble clock is generated according to the read back signal.

    Abstract: A transient noise detection circuit for detecting a level of a transient noise voltage is disclosed. The transient noise detection circuit comprises a triggering circuit, a rectifying circuit, and a controller. The triggering circuit is coupled between a power rail and a ground node. When the triggering circuit receives a transient noise, the triggering circuit generates a triggering signal. The rectifying circuit comprises a rectifying unit and a current-limiting unit coupled in series. When the rectifying unit receives the triggering signal from the triggering circuit, the rectifying unit will be triggered by the triggering signal. The controller is coupled to a detection node between the rectifying unit and the current-limiting unit. The controller is used for determining the level of the transient noise voltage based on the voltage of the detection node.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a pixel electrode contact structure of a thin-film transistors liquid crystal display is disclosed. First, a transparent substrate having a first insulating layer thereon is provided. Afterward, a first metal layer and a second metal layer are sequentially formed on the substrate and then be patterned by a halftone technology and an etching process, wherein the second metal layer is removed within the pixel electrode contact area. In the meantime, the drain lines of the thin-film transistor comprising the first metal layer and the second metal layer are formed. Next, a patterned passivation layer is formed on the substrate. Finally, a pixel electrode layer directly connecting the first metal layers within the pixel electrode contact structure is formed on the substrate. This invention provides the pixel electrode contact structure with low contact resistance and prevents the current leakage from the drain line to the storage capacitor.
