    Abstract: A high temperature test system is adapted for testing a device under test (DUT) under a high temperature environment. The high temperature test system includes a preheating unit, a first moving unit, a testing unit, and a second moving unit. The preheating unit is adapted for preheating the DUT. The first moving unit is adapted for removing the preheated DUT from the preheating unit. The testing unit is adapted for placement of the DUT removed by the first moving unit, for testing the DUT, and for providing the high temperature environment to the DUT during testing. The second moving unit is adapted for removing the DUT that has passed testing from the testing unit.

    Abstract: A thin-film solar cell having a hetero-junction of semiconductor and the fabrication method thereof are provided. Instead of the conventional hetero-junction of III-V semiconductor or homo-structure of IV semiconductor, the thin-film solar cell according to the present invention adopts a novel hetero-junction structure of IV semiconductor to improve the cell efficiency thereof. By adjusting the amount of layer sequences and the thickness of the hetero-junction structure, the cell efficiency of the thin-film solar cell according to the present invention is also optimized.

When the pull tab is pulled to disengage the stopper from the locating hole, the telescoping section may be freely slid to a desired height relative to the supporting section.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a chip and its manufacturing methods and applications. Regarding the chip, there are several solder bumps on the backside of the chip. The difference of the invented chip from the convention chips is that the solder bumps are embedded in an insulting layer and a thermal-plastic material layer of the invented chip backside and separated by a conductive layer from the insulting layer and thermal-plastic material layer. Additionally, there are some end members in the insulting layer, and the end member corresponds to one solder bump. Through the present invention, chips with different functions can be integrated together, so that the needs for having portable communication devices lighter and smaller would be met.

Updating the gain value according to the power level of the baseband signal corresponding to the first frame, then using the updated gain value to amplify the RF signal corresponding to a second frame when receiving the second frame. Determining whether a first signal block is in the discontinuous transmission mode or not, wherein the first frame belongs to the first signal block. And resuming the gain value according to the power level of the baseband signal corresponding to a third frame if the first signal block is in the discontinuous transmission mode.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are new resistive memory devices having one or more buffers layer surrounding a dielectric layer. By inserting one or more buffer layers around the dielectric layer of the device, the resistive ratio of the device is highly enhanced. For example, tests using this unique stack structure have revealed a resistance ratio of approximately 1000× over conventional electrode-dielectric-electrode stack structures found in resistive memory devices. This improvement in the resistance ratio of the resistive memory device is believed to be from the improved interface coherence, and thus smoother topography, between the buffer layer(s) and the dielectric layer.

The driving device can use in a cascading, point-to-point or bus-type interfacing architecture to transmit the load signal.
