    Abstract: Aspects of the invention include generating a plurality of predictions that each define a plurality of future inputs for a model. A deviation curve is generated by determining a distance between each prediction of the plurality of predictions and a respective known data point of a plurality of known data points. One or more points in the deviation curve are sampled and the sampled points are compared to a low threshold and a high threshold. A judgement is determined for each prediction to determine whether the respective prediction will be accepted or denied as an input to the model. The future inputs for the model are modified based on the judgments.

    Abstract: In some embodiments, the present disclosure relates to a method that includes forming a dielectric layer over a conductive structure on a substrate. A removal process is performed to remove a portion of the dielectric layer to expose a portion of the conductive structure. The substrate is transported into a cleaning chamber having a wafer chuck below a bell jar structure. A cleaning process is performed to clean the exposed portion of the conductive structure by turning on a noble gas source to introduce a noble gas within the cleaning chamber, turning on an oxygen gas source to introduce oxygen within the cleaning chamber, applying a first bias to a plasma coil to form a plasma gas, and applying a second bias to the wafer chuck. The substrate is removed from the cleaning chamber. A conductive layer is formed over the dielectric layer and coupled to the conductive structure.

The cathode lithium-supplementing additive includes: a lithium-containing core, and a coating layer formed on a surface of the lithium-containing core, in which, a material of the coating layer is selected from a conductive hydrophobic polymer having a surface modified with a hydrophobic enhancer. On the one hand, the formed coating layer can make up for the defect that the lithium-containing compound itself has poor electronic conductivity and can improve the electronic conductivity, in the meanwhile reduce the amount of conductive agent to be added to the electrode plate; and on the other hand, since the polymer has the surface modified with the hydrophobic enhancer, hydrophobic groups are provided, which further provides a hydrophobic barrier, so as to effectively improve the stability of the lithium-containing core in the air.
