Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of display technology, and particularly to a double-sided touch display device which comprises a touch feedback electrode, a first touch receiving electrode and a second touch receiving electrode, wherein the first touch receiving electrode and the second touch receiving electrode are provided at both sides of the touch feedback electrode, respectively. The double-sided touch display device achieve functions of both double-sided touch and transparent display, and has a simple structure and low production cost.

Abstract: A touch organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device, including: a thin film transistor formed on one side of a substrate, a touch signal feedback layer formed on the thin film transistor, a luminous substrate provided on the touch signal feedback layer, and a touch signal receiving layer formed on the other side of the substrate. An anode layer of the luminous substrate is connected to a drain electrode of the thin film transistor. As to the touch-sensitive OLED display device, a touch screen and an OLED display portion are prepared integratedly, so that the weight and thickness of the display itself are greatly reduced, and the production cost is saved. A manufacturing method of the touch-sensitive OLED display device is further disclosed.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure disclose a display substrate, a display device comprising the display substrate and a method for manufacturing the display substrate. The display substrate comprising a base substrate (1), a black matrix (2) and a color filter (3) formed on the base substrate (1), the color filter (3) and the black matrix (2) are arranged alternately with a height difference existing between the black matrix (2) and the color filter (3). The display substrate further comprises a planarizing layer (40) formed on the black matrix (2) or on both the black matrix (2)and the color filter (3). The planarizing layer (40) is configured to minimize the height difference between the black matrix (2) and the color filter (3). Thus, the height difference between the black matrix (2) and the color filter (3) can be minimized, and surface smoothness of the color filter (3) is improved effectively. Therefore, image displaying quality is improved.

Abstract: Described herein is an apparatus and methods for characterizing a fluid composition including exposing electrolyte to one fluid mixture, collecting a signal from an electrode in contact with the electrolyte, and simultaneously exposing the electrolyte to a second fluid, collecting a signal from a second electrode in contact with the electrolyte exposed to the second fluid, and comparing the signal difference between the electrodes with the Nerst equation wherein the temperature of the electrolyte is above 488° C. Carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and/or oxygen may be present in the fluid and/or the second fluid.

Abstract: A data storage device is disclosed comprising a disk comprising a plurality of tracks defined by servo sectors, a head, and a servo controller configured to servo the head over the disk based on an estimated state generated by a state estimator. The servo controller is configured to execute a seek operation to seek the head over the disk and recover from a servo fault during the seek operation by generating an initial state estimate of the head at the beginning of the servo fault, and decelerating the head open-loop using a model-based deceleration control in response to the initial state estimate. While decelerating the head, the state estimator is re-qualified before the head reaches zero velocity, and after re-qualifying the state estimator and before the head reaches zero velocity, a seek operation is executed to seek the head to a target track closed-loop using the state estimator.

Abstract: The present invention discloses method for wireless network re-selection in a plurality of networks environment, comprising: when a user terminal changes from a current serving network to another network, sending a network re-selection request that includes a network information to a network side; establishing a connection of said another network if said another network indicated in said network re-selection request is different from said current serving network. By applying this method, the user terminal can re-select another network when already accessed to a network.

Abstract: The invention provides a method and apparatus for controlling an optical network unit to restart upon completion of downloading new software. Upon completion of downloading a new software version, an optical network terminal firstly determines a type of an active image request to be transmitted based upon stored values, of a RstDelayTimeRange attribute and of a RstDelayTrafficThreshold attribute, corresponding to the optical network unit, and then transmits the active image request to the optical network unit. The determined active image request may be a first active image request to instruct the optical network unit to immediately restart and activate the new software version that has been downloaded, or may be a second active image request to instruct the optical network unit to set an activation flag and a third active image request to instruct the optical network unit to immediately restart, both of which are used in combination.

Abstract: The present application relates to a user accessing to a visited network in a wireless telecommunication network. After receiving an access request from the user for selecting a visited network and detecting the visited network selected by the user has changed, an AAA server device initiates a request for obtaining authentication and/or authorization information of the user from a HSS. In the process of obtaining the authentication and/or authorization information, the HSS checks whether the user is authorized to access to the visited network according to a list of authorized visited networks stored in the HSS.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for accessing a visited network. The method includes: a user selects a visited network and initiates an access request to a user information application apparatus; when the user information application apparatus detects that the visited network has changed, it obtains a list of authorized visited networks from a user information storage apparatus and checks whether the user is authorized to access the visited network; or the user information storage apparatus checks whether the user is authorized to access the visited network; if the user is authorized to access the visited network, the user information application apparatus returns an access accept response to the user, allowing the user to access the visited network. Abstract: A zero-emissions power plant receives natural gas from wells at elevated pressure and temperature. Gas is expanded through one or more turbo-expanders, preferably reformed, and sent to a fuel cell where electricity, heat, carbon-dioxide, and water are generated. The carbon-dioxide is compressed by at least one compressor and piped downhole for sequestration. The turbo-expanders have shafts which preferably share the shafts of the compressors. Thus, energy given up by the natural gas in the turbo-expanders is used to run compressors which compress carbon dioxide for downhole sequestration. In one embodiment, the natural gas is applied to heat exchangers in order to generate a stream of liquid natural gas. The remainder of the gas is expanded through the turbo-expanders and processed in the reformer prior to being sent to the fuel cell. A shifter may be used between the reformer and fuel cell. A solid oxide fuel cell is preferred.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for a roaming user to establish security association with the application server in the visited network. When receiving the service request from the roaming user, the application server in the visited network establishes security association with the roaming user by making use of the authentication results of the generic authentication architecture in the home network via the BSF in the local network, or the generic authentication architecture proxy in the local network, or the AAA server in the local network and the AAA server in the roaming user's home network, so as to achieve the object that the roaming user is able to use the services of the visited network after authentication of the generic authentication architecture in his home network.

Abstract: Methods for managing a local Terminal Equipment (TE) accessing a network are provided. One is to set in a Mobile Terminal (MT) a management list containing the identities of local TEs, and to decide according to the information of the management list whether to accept a request message from the TE, thereby implementing the management of local TE that accesses the network using resources of the MT, improving the function of the MT, and at the same time, enhancing the security of users' accounts. In accordance with this invention, a user is able to define an authority for the TE to access and learn the current state of the TE, which gives the user facilities for daily use.
