    Abstract: A control system operable to train a control tuner to generate temperature setpoint tracking improvements for a thermal processing system is provided. In one example implementation, temperature setpoint tracking improvements are achieved by generating system controller parameter adjustments based on a difference between a simulated workpiece temperature estimate and an actual workpiece temperature estimate. For example, a system model can generate a simulated workpiece temperature estimate simulating an actual workpiece temperature estimate, and based on the difference between the simulated and actual workpiece temperature estimates, generate clone controller parameter adjustments. The clone controller parameter adjustments can be used to generate system controller parameter adjustments, which can improve temperature setpoint tracking for the thermal processing system.

The system may generate a spline data set comprising a plurality of spline segments that are sequentially linked to one another. The system may adjust, iteratively, each spline segment until the plurality of spline segments approximate the curved line. The system may generate a digital file comprising drawings for manufacturing a spinal rod based on the plurality of spline segments. In various embodiments, each spline segment may be defined by a corresponding arc or a corresponding line extending between a corresponding starting point and a corresponding ending point.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for refilling fluid containers. A fluid container may include a bottle and a valve assembly. The valve assembly may include two valves and be configured to engage with the bottle and a filling head or dispensing head. A system is configured to provide pressurized fluid to the refillable container, monitor filling, determine when to stop filling, and determine how much fluid was provided. The valve assembly may include a float mechanism coupled to one of the valves of the valve assembly to ensure fluid flow is stopped when the fluid container is full. The fluid, which can include carbon dioxide, is stored in a storage tank. A flow system provides the fluid to a filling head, which engages with the fluid container. The flow system includes a transfer pump, valves, and sensors configured to provide the fluid to the filling head.

By maximizing this ratio, the system may determine weighted gain values used to combine the feed-forward microphone signals.
