    Abstract: A station (STA) may receive a wireless signal including a preamble of a packet. An energy level of the signal received may exceed a clear channel assessment (CCA) threshold. The STA may issue a primitive to stop reception of the packet. Further, the STA may return to a receive state based on the primitive. Additionally, the STA may determine, using a carrier sense multiple access (CSMA) protocol, to ignore a payload portion of the packet based on information contained in the preamble and adjust the CCA threshold to account for the payload portion of the packet. The STA may then access a wireless medium using the CSMA protocol during the payload portion of the packet using the adjusted CCA threshold. In a further example, the CCA threshold may be a received signal strength indicator (RSSI) level or a received channel power indicator (RCPI) level.

The AP may receive, from an unassociated STA, a first frame via one or more resource units (RUs) allocated in the trigger element. The AP may determine a pre-association identifier (PID) that identifies the unassociated STA. The AP may send the PID to the unassociated STA, for example, in the trigger element or in the multi-STA ACK. The AP may send a second frame associated with a multi-user (MU) transmission that includes the PID. The AP may send a trigger frame that includes the PID.

Each of the one or more PPDUs may include a trigger frame, and the trigger frame may include an indication of the plurality of RA-RUs and a target received signal strength indicator (TRSSI) associated with at least one of the upper or lower frequency bands. The method may comprise receiving, in response to the trigger frame, the message from the STA in one of the plurality of RA-RUs.

The beacon frame may include indications of punctured subchannel(s) and subchannel(s) that is not punctured, which may be indicated as a disabled subchannel bitmap. A pluripotent stem cell is used for expressing a RUNX1 gene, a HOXA9 gene and an LHX2 gene to efficiently obtain B cell seeds after in vitro induction differentiation, and after transplantation, a complete humoral immune system can be reconstructed in an animal in which the humoral immune system is missing. According to the method, an antigen-specific antibody immune response can be realized, a specific high-affinity antibody can be generated against an antigen, and immunological memory can be produced. Meanwhile, the reconstructed immune system is safe, and carries no risk of tumorigenicity.

A set of words and channel change (CC) symbols are generated from the set of frame embeddings using a transcript generation model. The CC symbols are included between pairs of adjacent words that are spoken by different people at the same time. The set of words and CC symbols are transformed into a plurality of transcript lines, wherein words of the set of words are sorted into transcript lines based on CC symbols, and a multi-speaker transcript is generated based on the plurality of transcript lines. The inclusion of CC symbols by the model enables efficient, accurate multi-speaker transcription.
