Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an information recording method. The method is applicable to user equipment, and includes: receiving indication information from a base station, wherein the indication information includes mode indication information indicating a mode for recording Minimized Driving Test (MDT) information; and when the user equipment is in an inactive state, recording the MDT information according to the mode indication information. According to examples of the present disclosure, the user equipment may record the MDT information when it is in the inactive state, such that the user equipment transmits the MDT information recorded in the inactive state to the base station when the user equipment establishes or restores a communication connection with the base station later. Thus, the base station can determine various failures of the user equipment in the inactive state, thereby facilitating the base station to perform troubleshooting accurately.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and an apparatus for assigning an identifier, a method and an apparatus for determining an NAS QoS flow, a base station, user equipment, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method of assigning the identifier includes: assigning an AS QoS flow identifier to a current QoS flow; determining mapping relationship between an NAS QoS flow identifier and the AS QoS flow identifier; transmitting the mapping relationship and an SDAP PDU separately or simultaneously to UE, where an SDAP header of the SDAP PDU carries the AS QoS flow identifier assigned to the current QoS flow. In an example, the AS QoS flow identifier for the current QoS flow is assigned, and the mapping relationship between the NAS QoS flow identifier and the AS QoS flow identifier is determined, thus, the uniqueness of a QoS flow ID in a DRB for the same PDU session under a dual connectivity scenario is ensured.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a state switching method, a state keeping method and devices. The method includes determining whether a user equipment (UE) is in an inactive state, wherein the inactive state is an intermediate state between a connect state and an idle state; determining whether the UE meets a predetermined condition; and switching the UE from the inactive state to the idle state when it is determined that the UE is in the inactive state and meets the predetermined condition.

Abstract: A data transmission method includes: acquiring n RLC PDUs transmitted from an RLC layer, n being an integer greater than 1; encapsulating the indication information corresponding to the n RLC PDUs as a packet header of a MAC PDU and the n RLC PDUs as a packet body of the MAC PDU, to generate the MAC PDU, the indication information corresponding to the n RLC PDUs comprising an LCID, a sequence number, and a length corresponding to each RLC PDU; and sending the MAC PDU to a communication peer.

Abstract: A method for data packet processing in a data radio bearer (DRB) remapping process includes: in a data transmission process of a target data stream, when it is detected that a DRB remapping event occurs, stopping delivering data packets of the target data stream to an original DRB, and delivering data packets of the target data stream that are not delivered to the original DRB to a target DRB; and when it is detected that data packets of the target data stream that are delivered to the original DRB are completely sent, if the original DRB is configured to operate in a non-transmission feedback determination mode, sending to a receiving terminal a completion indication message for predetermined times by means of the original DRB. A problem that the receiving terminal cannot further deliver a received data packet and thus a data packet delivery process will be indefinitely delayed can therefore be overcome.

Abstract: A triggering retaining method includes: generating a media access control protocol data unit (MAC PDU) according to received UL grant; and in response to determining that the MAC PDU includes a buffer status report (BSR) or the MAC PDU includes all data to be transmitted but cannot include a BSR, retaining triggering of the BSR and/or a scheduling request (SR) within a first predetermined duration. According to embodiments of the disclosure, a service having lower requirements on a BSR transmission delay is ensured, and a MAC PDU containing a BSR can be generated at an uplink transmission opportunity corresponding to a UL grant for the service, so that the BSR is sent to a base station at the uplink transmission opportunity in time, the BSR transmission meets delay requirements of the service, and the good operation of the service is ensured.

Abstract: An apparatus for operating an input/output (I/O) interface in a virtual machine is provided. The apparatus is configured to: map a first portion of a memory device to a configuration space of an I/O interface; obtain a first mapping table that maps a set of host space virtual addresses to a first set of physical addresses associated with the first portion of the memory device; obtain a second mapping table that maps a second set of physical addresses associated with a second portion of the memory device accessible by a virtual machine to the set of host space virtual addresses; generate a third mapping table that maps the second set of physical addresses to the first set of physical addresses; and provide the third mapping table to a device driver operating in the virtual machine, to enable the device driver to access the configuration space of the I/O interface.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes receiving a unique identifier of a second user from a mobile client system of a first user after the second user requests to communicate with the first user, identifying the second user based on the unique identifier, retrieving multiple items of profile information of the second user, determining whether the unique identifier is in a list of blocked identifiers, and sending to the first user a notification that a communication request form the second user has been declined if the unique identifier is in the list of blocked identifiers. The method also includes sending the first user multiple items of profile information of the second user if the unique identifier is in the list of blocked identifiers.

Abstract: The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a random access failure processing method, which includes: determining a cell and a carrier used to send a preamble for random access when the preamble is sent to a base station a number of times greater than a preset number; and transmitting, under a case where the cell used to send the preamble is a primary cell configured with an SUL carrier and a non-SUL carrier, a message indicating presence of problems in the random access to the base station through the SUL carrier if the carrier used to send the preamble is the non-SUL carrier. According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, if it is determined that the non-SUL carrier of the primary cell has a problem, the SUL carrier may not have a problem even if the SUL carrier has a problem because the primary cell is further configured with the SUL carrier and the SUL carrier generally has better performance than the non-SUL carrier.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for automatically detecting door or window faults, comprising the following steps: mounting a displacement sensor at at least one monitoring position of the door or window frame and leaf and/or door or window hardware to monitor a relative position change of the door or window frame and leaf and/or relative displacement of the hardware at said at least one monitoring position; and connecting the displacement sensor to a controller which judges whether the relative position change of the door or window frame and leaf and/or relative displacement of the hardware at said at least one monitoring position exceeds a displacement threshold, and thereby perform combined judgment for door or window faults. The present invention further discloses a mechanism for automatically detecting door or window faults.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a random access method and device. The method includes: determining a first target uplink carrier among a plurality of uplink carriers corresponding to a target base station, the plurality of uplink carriers includes at least one supplementary uplink (SUL) carrier; transmitting a random access preamble to the target base station using the first target uplink carrier. In the technical solution, a terminal device can determine the first target uplink carrier used for transmitting the random access preamble among the plurality of uplink carriers corresponding to the target base station, and transmit the random access preamble to the target base station using the first target uplink carrier to initiate a random access, so that the random access is implemented in cells configured with the SUL carrier, thus the success rate of the random access is increased.

The method include, when the new data needs to be transmitted, starting from a first available transmission opportunity from among available transmission opportunities, attempting, in each available transmission opportunity of the available transmission opportunities, to acquire a protocol data unit generated by a media access control layer according to the new data; and when the protocol data unit is acquired, instructing, according to the number of times, a cycle period and a start time, an HARQ process to transmit the protocol data unit to the base station in each retransmission opportunity starting from the available transmission opportunity corresponding to the acquisition of the protocol data unit.

Abstract: A power headroom report transmission method includes: determining whether a trigger event for a first serving cell of user equipment exists; transmitting a power headroom report of a first carrier, as a working carrier, of a first serving cell to a base station in case that there is a trigger event; determining whether a power headroom report of a second carrier of the first serving cell has been uploaded, wherein one of the first carrier and the second carrier is the supplement uplink carrier, and the other of the first carrier and the second carrier is a non-supplement uplink carrier; and in case that the power headroom report of the second carrier is not uploaded, transmitting the power headroom report of the second carrier to the base station when the first serving cell switches to the second carrier as the working carrier.

In the method, the device determines whether there is a first radio link failure on a supplemental uplink carrier of a cell in which the supplementary uplink carrier is configured. The device determines whether there is a second radio link failure on a non-supplemented uplink carrier. When at least one of the first radio link failure or the second radio link failure occurs, the device determines that the cell has the radio link failure, and initiates a connection reestablishment procedure, and/or transmits information on radio link failure to a base station.

Abstract: A method, an apparatus, a user equipment and a base station are provided for implementing location area update. In the method, the UE obtains a judgment result by determining whether there is data to be transmitted currently, when a radio access network-based location area update (RLAU) is triggered, where the data to be transmitted is one of service data and signaling data. The UE determines a second message based on the judgment result and a first message, where the first message is an original connection resume request message, and the second message carries a cause value requesting for resuming connection. The UE transmits the second message to the base station.

Abstract: Methods, user equipment and base stations for sending and receiving system information (SI) are provided. Abstract: The present application provides a method and device for requesting an uplink transmission resource. The method includes: triggering an uplink resource Scheduling Request (SR), in response to a preset random access trigger condition, triggering a contention based random access request; before completing a contention based random access procedure, in response to a preset random access cancellation condition, cancelling the contention based random access procedure, wherein the preset random access cancellation condition comprises at least detecting valid uplink resource information.
