  • Publication number: 20130113509
Abstract: A temperature control system for IC tester, comprising: a test socket; a compressing device including a heat exchanger and a thermoelectric cooler (TEC); and a test head having a temperature sensor. The test head is configured at the front end of the compressing device such that, upon placing at least one device under test (DUT) onto the test socket, the test head coerces tightly one of the DUTs through downward pressure from the compressing device thereby allowing the temperature sensor to detect the surface temperature of the DUT to obtain a temperature signal, and then feed such a temperature signal back to a control processing unit for operations to generate a linear control signal thus that, through the control of the linear control signal, the heat absorption and heat discharge functions of the TEC are enabled to further control the temperature of the DUT within a determined range.

  • Publication number: 20120301656
Abstract: The present invention provides a bonded structure of a flexible circuit board of a touch screen for preventing overflow including a touch sensor panel having a flexible circuit board adhered thereon. The flexible circuit board and/or the touch sensor panel have a glue dam disposed thereon, and a length of the glue dam is larger than a width of the flexible circuit board. The bonded structure of the flexible circuit board of the touch screen for preventing overflow in the present invention disposes the glue dam at a position at the bonding area of the flexible circuit board bonded to the touch sensor panel to effectively reduce the overflow to a side of the flexible circuit board outside the touch sensor panel, and an appearance of the overflow and voids during bonding could be avoided.

  • Publication number: 20110121670
Abstract: An electric motor includes a stator fixed in a motor housing, disposed around a motor shaft rotatable relative to the motor housing and formed with a radially extending through hole that is in spatial communication with an air-flow space defined between the stator and a tube body of the motor housing. The tube body is formed with an annular fluid-flow channel for receiving cooling fluid therein. A rotor is sleeved fixedly on the motor shaft. The motor shaft co-rotates with the rotor. The rotor is formed with angularly spaced apart slots extending inwardly and radially from an outer annular surface thereof, and air holes extending from an end surface thereof in an axial direction. Each air hole in the rotor is in spatial communication with corresponding slots. When the rotor rotates, the through hole in the stator is successively in spatial communication with the slots in the rotor.

  • Publication number: 20100118902
Abstract: The unitized cooling module for a laser diode array of the invention has at least one cooling unit. The cooling unit has an inlet main channel, an outlet main channel, an inlet subchannel, an outlet subchannel and a chamber. The inlet subchannel connects the inlet main channel and the chamber, and the outlet subchannel connects the outlet main channel and the chamber. A heatsink element carrying a laser diode seals the chamber. With a cooling source flowing through the interior of the cooling unit, the heat produced by the laser diode is removed. Thus, the unitized cooling module of the invention is easily assembled, repaired and expanded, and has the effect of pressing fit. Furthermore, the unitized cooling module of the invention can be arranged and designed according to the heat produced by the laser diode to remove the heat from the laser diode, so that the performance of the unitized cooling module is ensured.

  • Publication number: 20090169399
Abstract: An ultra-thin miniature pump applied to transport a fluid includes a main body, a rotor, and a stator. The main body includes a cover part and a bottom part. A joint surface between the cover part and the bottom part possesses an anti-leakage device, and a chamber including a suction port and a discharge port is formed inside the main body. The rotor disposed in the chamber includes a magnet set, an impeller, and a central shaft. The magnet set is connected on the surface of the impeller, and the impeller with the magnet set is aligned by the central shaft and rotates in coaxial. The stator disposed in the chamber includes a plurality of coils corresponding to the magnet set axially. The coils and the magnet set generate an axial magnetic flux to make the impeller rotate for transporting the fluid from the suction port to the discharge port.

  • Publication number: 20080161068
Abstract: This invention provides a device, method and system for implementing an echo control on hand-free phones, including an echo eliminator as a primary component. The method in use is listed as follows. First of all, local speech signals on a sending channel as well as remote speech signals on a receiving channel are sampled. Then call status of a current network is determined based on energy of the obtained remote and local speech signals samples. Finally, a corresponding echo control treatment to the speech signals traveling through the sending channel according to the resulting call status is given. As a result, the echo in a digital hand-free communication system can be efficiently eliminated.

  • Patent number: 7075156
Abstract: Electrostatic discharge (ESD) devices for protection of integrated circuits are described. ESD devices may be configured to provide uniform breakdown of finger regions extending through a first region of a substrate having a first conductivity type and into a second region of the substrate more lightly doped with impurities of the first conductivity type. Such an EDS device may include a collector region having a middle region highly doped with impurities of the first conductivity type. The middle region may be proximate to a layer that is lightly doped with impurities of the first conductivity type and a layer that is doped with impurities of the second conductivity type. The collector region may decrease the breakdown voltage of the EDS device. The lightly doped region may be eliminated in the collector region and an interlayer insulating layer is formed in contact with the top side regions and the middle region.

  • Patent number: 5850095
Abstract: The present invention provides a high efficiency ESD circuit that requires less space through uniform activation of multiple emitter fingers of a transistor structure containing an integral Zener diode. The Zener diode is able to lower the protection circuit trigger threshold from around 18 volts to around 7 volts. This method minimizes series impedance of the signal path, thereby rendering an NPN structure that is particularly well suited for protecting bipolar and CMOS input and output buffers. The ESD circuit of the present invention provides a relatively low shunt capacitance (typically <0.5 pF) and series resistance (typically <0.5 ohm) that are desirable for input and output circuits of present and future contemplated generations of sub-micron bipolar/BiCMOS circuit processes.
