The remote control device includes a housing, and further includes: a power generator, mounted inside the housing and including a press mechanism and a power generating mechanism, where after being pressed by the press mechanism, the power generating mechanism is deformed under stress and generates electricity; a circuit controller, mounted inside the housing and electrically connected to the power generator; and a signal transceiver, mounted inside the housing, electrically connected to the circuit controller, and configured to transmit and receive signals. In the disclosure, the power generating mechanism generates power after being pressed by the press mechanism, and the power is transferred to the circuit controller, so that the signal transceiver is powered on. Dry batteries are no longer used, thus avoiding environmental pollution caused by used dry batteries.

    Abstract: A stress-isolated microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) device and a method of manufacture of the stress-isolated MEMS device are provided. MEMS devices may be sensitive to stress and may provide lower performance when subjected to stress. A stress-isolated MEMS device may be manufactured by etching a trench and/or a cavity in a first side of a substrate and subsequently forming a MEMS device on a surface of a platform opposite the first side of the substrate. Such a stress-isolated MEMS device may exhibit better performance than a MEMS device that is not stress-isolated. Moreover, manufacturing the MEMS device by first forming a trench and cavity on a backside of a wafer, before forming the MEMS device on a suspended platform, provides increased yield and allows for fabrication of smaller parts, in at least some embodiments.

    Abstract: A switching power supply employs constant-on-time control to maintain an output-voltage signal across a load. The output-voltage signal includes DC and ripple components. An error amplifier issues an error signal responsive to deviations between the DC component and a reference. A ripple injector integrates the DC and ripple components into a feedback signal. A constant on-time control circuit uses both the error signal and the integrated feedback signal to suppress transient DC fluctuations of the output voltage and improve DC regulation.

    Abstract: This document describes techniques and systems to enable a radar system to jointly detect DoA and DoD angles in multipath scenarios. In some examples, an automotive radar system includes one or more processors. The processors obtain electromagnetic (EM) energy reflected by objects and generate, based on the reflected EM energy, a two-dimensional (2D) data matrix. The 2D data matrix has a number of rows corresponding to the number of antenna elements in a transmitter array and a number of columns corresponding to the number of antenna elements in a receiver array. Using the 2D data matrix, the processors can determine DoA estimates and DoD estimates in both monostatic and bistatic reflection scenarios. By comparing the DoA estimates to the DoD estimates, the processors determine angles associated with the objects with improved angular resolution and reduced cost.

The present application not only realizes individual digital signal processing of different frequency bands for multiple speakers connected in parallel to a single audio channel, to improve the sound quality of the whole vehicle, but also reduces the cost of the whole vehicle.
