    Abstract: A substrate structure of a secure digital input/output module interface and its manufacturing method are disclosed herein. First, a substrate is provided, wherein the substrate has a plurality of conductive contact portions abreast arranged on a lower surface of the substrate. Next, a lead frame with a side rail and a plurality of fingers abrest arranged thereon is provided, wherein any one of those fingers has an internal contact and an external contact. Then, those internal contacts of those fingers are electrically connected to those conductive contact portions of the substrate. Further, a sigulation process and a molding process are provided to form a single structure of secure digital interface module. Those fingers of the lead frame are positioned one-on-one to those conductive contact portions of the substrate to improve the mechanical properties and reduce the size of the substrate.

    Abstract: A driving apparatus and a driving method for a single phase motor utilizes a driving transistor unit, and an auxiliary driving transistor unit to provide two driving currents with the same direction as the single phase coil. Next, a control unit is used to control the conducting and shutting down of the driving transistor unit and the auxiliary driving transistor unit according to the location of the rotating device of the single phase motor. Thereby, the driving current on the single phase coil recirculates to reduce the vibration and noise of the single phase motor, and prevent the problem of the single phase motor not turning on.

    Abstract: A framework folding mechanism of baby swing includes a front supporting stand, a rear supporting stand, and connecting base-plate. The connecting base-plate being installed at the top ends of both the front supporting stand and the rear supporting stand has a developed positioning recess and a folded positioning recess for positioning. When it comes to developing the framework, the top end of the rear supporting stand is retained at the developed positioning recess through a resilient element. When it comes to folding the framework, all the operator has to do is directly pulling the connecting base-plate to make the top end of the rear supporting stand separate from the developed positioning recess and subsequently rotate to move to the folded positioning recess letting the rear supporting stand approach toward the front supporting stand for folding. In this way, the folding mechanism of the invention is capable of achieving the effect of safety and conveniency.

    Abstract: A driving mechanism of baby rocking chair includes a transmission system having a transmission motor, a monitoring device, and a control circuit. When the rocking chair oscillates upward and approaches a predetermined set-up high point position that is affected by the gravitational force causing the slowing down of rotating speed, the monitoring device transmits a signal and provides the control circuit with the signal. As the rocking chair reaches the predetermined set-up high point position, the control circuit is capable of switching the direction of the rotation of the transmission motor. It is by this way of controlling the rotating shaft of oscillation of the rocking chair that the control circuit is capable of driving the rocking chair steadily.

A semiconductor substrate has a dense trench area and a less dense trench area with a plurality of trenches formed in both areas respectively. A hard mask layer is formed on the semiconductor substrate, and the trenches are filled with the mask layer. The hard mask layer is etched at an angle until the dense trench area and the less dense trench area in the semiconductor substrate are exposed to leave the hard mask layer in the trenches. Finally, the hard mask layers in the trenches are etched, and a uniform thickness of the hard mask layer in each trench is achieved.
