    Abstract: Techniques to configure a user equipment (UE) for a multi-connectivity handover with a source base station (SBS) and a target base station (TBS) include encoding a measurement report for transmission to the SBS. The measurement report is triggered based on a measurement event configured by the SBS. Radio resource control (RRC) signaling from the SBS is decoded, the RRC signaling including a handover command in response to the measurement report. The handover command includes an indication for multi-connectivity support by the SBS and the TBS during the handover. A first protocol stack associated with the SBS and a second protocol stack associated with the TBS are configured at the UE. A packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) protocol data unit (PDU) received at the UE during the handover is processed using the first protocol stack or the second protocol stack.

An access and mobility management function (AMF) is then notified whether the UE is capable of supporting LMF in RAN. An LMF selection is then received from the AMF. Then a response is transmitted to the UE based on the received LMF selection, the response indicating whether a positioning procedure to be carried out by the UE is based on LMF in RAN. In this manner, the capabilities of the UE are taken into consideration when selecting an LMF for a positioning procedure.

    Abstract: In a method of fur rendering, when the illumination of fur is rendered, for at least one fur rendering layer, vertices corresponding to the fur rendering layer are determined. For at least one vertex in the current fur rendering layer, illumination rendering parameters corresponding to the vertex are determined. The illumination rendering parameters may include one or more illumination rendering sub-item parameters. Different illumination rendering sub-item parameters are used for rendering illumination effects of the fur from different dimensions. After determining the illumination rendering parameters corresponding to each vertex, fur rendering is performed on the fur rendering layer with the illumination rendering parameters corresponding to the vertex. The fur rendering is no longer performed in units of pixel points, and since the number of vertices of the fur rendering layer is less than the number of pixel points, the calculation amount is reduced, and the rendering efficiency is improved.

The GDUTXIONG2 strain has an excellent degradation ability to an organophosphorus flame retardant, the rate of degradation on an organophosphorus flame retardant, i.e., Tris(1,3-dichloroisopropyl)phosphate (TDCPP) can reach more than 99.9%, and the GDUTXIONG2 strain is an efficient degrading bacterium. The GDUTXIONG2 strain can be used for preparing a degrading bacterial agent, is pollution-free and nuisance-free during use, and can be better used for used for the remediation and treatment of the environment polluted by organophosphorus flame retardants.

Based on an inward looking camera situated in the vehicle, a second video stream of a face of a driver to an eye tracker controller is generated, where the eye tracker controller estimates a gaze direction of the driver. Encoded data comprising the estimated gaze direction of the driver is transmitted over a bandwidth limited channel to a decoder, based on the selected codebook, the encoded data.
