The strike sound prompts an operator that firing has been successfully completed, so that the operator can know the firing state of the stapler in time and user experience of the operator can be improved.

    Abstract: Techniques to configure a user equipment (UE) for radio link failure (RLF) handling during a multi-connectivity handover with a source base station (SBS) and a target base station (TBS) include encoding a measurement report for transmission to the SBS via a first communication link. The measurement report is triggered based on a measurement event configured by the SBS. RRC signaling is received from the SBS, the RRC signaling including a handover command in response to the measurement report. The handover command includes an indication for multi-connectivity support by the SBS and the TBS during the handover. A random access channel (RACH) procedure with the TBS is performed using a second communication link between the UE and the TBS. Radio link monitoring (RLM) on the first communication link and the second communication link is performed during the handover.

    Abstract: Tracer kinetic models are utilized as temporal constraints for highly under-sampled reconstruction of DCE-MRI data. In one embodiment, a method for improving dynamic contrast enhanced imaging. The method includes steps of administering a magnetic resonance contrast agent to a subject and then collecting magnetic resonance contrast agent from the subject. A tracer kinetic model (i.e. eTofts or Patlak) is selected to be applied to the magnetic resonance imaging data. The tracer kinetic model is applied to the magnetic resonance imaging data. Tracer kinetic maps and dynamic images are simultaneously reconstructed and a consistency constraint is applied. The proposed method allows for easy use of different tracer kinetic models in the formulation and estimation of patient-specific arterial input functions jointly with tracer kinetic maps.

One example method includes generating configuration information for a signaling radio bearer (SRB) by the secondary node, where the SRB is used to transmit a radio resource control (RRC) message between the secondary node and the terminal. The secondary node sends the configuration information for the SRB to the master node, so that the configuration information for the SRB is sent to the terminal through the master node. The secondary node receives a result of configuring the SRB by the terminal by using the configuration information for the SRB. In this way, the SRB can be established on the secondary node, and used for RRC message transmission between the secondary node and the terminal.
