The encrypted user data is stored in the blockchain database such that the encrypted user data cannot be tampered with and a leak of real user data is prevented.     Abstract: Example configuration methods and apparatus are described. An example communications system includes a master node and a secondary node that jointly provide a service for a terminal. One example method includes generating configuration information for a signaling radio bearer (SRB) by the secondary node, where the SRB is used to transmit a radio resource control (RRC) message between the secondary node and the terminal. The secondary node sends the configuration information for the SRB to the master node, so that the configuration information for the SRB is sent to the terminal through the master node. The secondary node receives a result of configuring the SRB by the terminal by using the configuration information for the SRB. In this way, the SRB can be established on the secondary node, and used for RRC message transmission between the secondary node and the terminal.

The example communications system includes a master node and a secondary node that jointly provide a service for a terminal. One example method includes that the secondary node generates configuration information for a signaling radio bearer (SRB), where the SRB is used to transmit a radio resource control (RRC) message between the secondary node and the terminal. The secondary node sends the configuration information for the SRB to the master node, so that the configuration information for the SRB is sent to the terminal through the master node. The secondary node receives a result of configuring the SRB by the terminal by using the configuration information for the SRB. In this way, the SRB can be established on the secondary node, and used for RRC message transmission between the secondary node and the terminal.

    Abstract: Tracer kinetic models are utilized as temporal constraints for highly under-sampled reconstruction of DCE-MRI data. The method is flexible in handling any TK model, does not rely on tuning of regularization parameters, and in comparison to existing compressed sensing approaches, provides robust mapping of TK parameters at high under-sampling rates. In summary, the method greatly improves the robustness and ease-of-use while providing better quality of TK parameter maps than existing methods. In another embodiment, TK parameter maps are directly reconstructed from highly under-sampled DCE-MRI data. This method provides more accurate TK parameter values and higher under-sampling rates. It does not require tuning parameters and there are not additional intermediate steps. The proposed method greatly improves the robustness and ease-of-use while providing better quality of TK parameter maps than conventional indirect methods.

Some embodiments include the UE receiving source path data packets from the source gNB and target path data packets from a target gNB. The UE performs a first reorder of the one or more source path data packets and the one or more target path data packets by sequence number (SN), and the UE performs header decompression on the reordered source path data packets, separately from the reordered target path data packets. After the header decompressions the UE performs a second reorder of the source path data packets and the target path data packets together by SN, and discards any duplicate data packets based on SNs.
