    Abstract: A chemical mechanical polishing composition includes water, colloidal silica abrasive particles with a silica core containing a nitrogen species, a cerium compound coating including cerium oxide, cerium hydroxide or mixtures thereof, and a positive zeta potential, optionally an oxidizing agent, optionally a pH adjusting agent, optionally a biocide and optionally a surfactant. The chemical mechanical polishing composition has a pH of less than 7. Also described is a method of polishing a substrate containing silicon dioxide and a method of making the composite colloidal silica particles with the coating of cerium oxide, cerium hydroxide or mixtures thereof. The chemical mechanical polishing composition can be used to enhance the removal of silicon dioxide from a substrate in an acid environment.

    Abstract: A handle assembly and a stapler including the same are provided. The handle assembly includes a first handle, a second handle, a slot provided in the second handle and a slider slidably located in the slot. When the slider is in the first section of the slot, the first handle and the second handle are not linked; when the slider is in the second section of the slot, the first handle is linked to the second handle and actuates the second handle to move from an insurance position to a firing position. Therefore, only the movement of the second handle can fire the stapler. No matter whether the stapler is ready to be fired or not, the first handle can be pressed by the doctor, while the stapler cannot be fired when the stapler is not ready to be fired.

    Abstract: A handle assembly and a surgical stapler including the handle assembly is provided, including a first handle and a second handle, both can rotate around a first pivot pin. Either the first or the second handle is provided with a slider and a sliding slot. When the slider moves from a first section of the sliding slot to a second section, the two handles become linked. The first handle can still be squeezed even if the stapler has not reached the firing position, but the second handle will not rotate and the stapler will not be fired; featured by the design of two torsion springs and two pivot pins, the first and the second handle are pivotally attached and can be rotated around the same rotation center that remains unchanged in both the insurance position and the firing position, rendering an enhanced stapler structure stability and improved operator experience.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to selecting a Local Management Function (LMF) in a wireless communication network, a next generation Radio Access Network (NG-RAN) acquires a capability from a user equipment (UE), the capability indicating whether the UE is capable of supporting LMF in Radio Access Network (RAN). An access and mobility management function (AMF) is then notified whether the UE is capable of supporting LMF in RAN. An LMF selection is then received from the AMF. Then a response is transmitted to the UE based on the received LMF selection, the response indicating whether a positioning procedure to be carried out by the UE is based on LMF in RAN. In this manner, the capabilities of the UE are taken into consideration when selecting an LMF for a positioning procedure.

    Abstract: A knob assembly and a circular stapler are provided. The knob assembly includes a knob driver, a knob body, a first cooperating component and a second cooperating component. In a blocking state, the first cooperating component is linked with the second cooperating component; while in an unblocking state, the first cooperating component is not fixedly linked with the second cooperating component. One of the first cooperating component and the second cooperating component is provided at the knob driver and the other one is provided at the knob body. When the knob driver is rotated, if a rotating resistance to the knob body reaches a preset resistance value, the knob assembly cannot transmit larger torque, therefore the knob assembly is in a failure mode, the position of the anvil assembly relative to the cartridge remains unchanged, and the tissues will not be excessively compressed.
