    Abstract: Stable nucleic acid liquid formulations and methods of making and using the same are provided. According to some aspects, a method for preparing stable nucleic acid liquid formulations are provided that are resistant to nucleic acid degradation caused by enzyme-independent or enzymatic hydrolysis. In some instances, stable nucleic acid liquid compositions and methods or making the same incorporate the use of at least one of a polymer and/or a salt to form a macroscopic RNA-rich condensate. In other aspects, a method for preparing stable nucleic acid encapsulated lipid nanoparticle (LNP) liquid formulations is provided that are resistant to degradation caused by nucleic acid hydrolysis, LNP leakage, and LNP aggregation. In some instances, stable nucleic acid liquid compositions and methods or making the same incorporate the use of a pair of thermodynamically matching LNP synthesis buffer and LNP product formulation buffer with close-to-equal osmotic pressure and chemical potentials of solution components.

The plurality of search results is summarized based on the results of the clustering. The summarization is displayed in a display view. An interactive user interface is provided to refine the plurality of search results based on the summarization.

The methods provided herein include the steps of contacting a microspore-derived embryo with a liquid maturation medium for a time period sufficient to produce a matured microspore-derived embryo, transferring the matured microspore-derived embryo to a substrate, and regenerating the plantlet from the matured microspore-derived embryo.

    Abstract: A 3D-aware generative model for high-quality and controllable scene synthesis uses an abstract object-level representation (i.e., 3D bounding boxes without semantic annotation) as the scene layout prior, which is simple to obtain, general to describe various scene contents, and yet informative to disentangle objects and background. An overall layout for the scene is identified and then each object is located in the layout to facilitate the scene composition process. The object-level representation serves as an intuitive user control for scene editing. Based on such a prior, the system spatially disentangles the whole scene into object-centric generative radiance fields by learning on only 2D images with global-local discrimination. Once the model is trained, users can generate and edit a scene by explicitly controlling the camera and the layout of objects' bounding boxes.

    Abstract: An electrolytic polishing treatment method for a nickel-based alloy workpiece made by lamination manufacturing comprises the following steps. Step (A) comprises performing a sandblasting treatment on the nickel-based alloy workpiece, followed by ultrasonic oscillation of the sandblasted nickel-based alloy workpiece in an oxalic acid solution. Step (B) comprises placing the nickel-based alloy workpiece in an electrolyte solution containing methanol, sulfuric acid, and perchloric acid and performing electrolytic polishing on the nickel-based alloy workpiece at a constant voltage after step (A). The processes of oxalic acid activation and electrolytic polishing are used to avoid the problems of residual stress and processing directionality caused by conventional mechanical processing and make the surface properties of the entire workpiece uniform.
