    Abstract: Embodiments provide a telescopic structure for an electrotome capable of evacuating smoke, including an electrotome pencil body. The electrotome pencil body is hollow inside and provided with an opening end at one end; the opening end of the electrotome pencil body is provided with a limit connection part. The limit connection part is sleeved with a collar; an elastic limiter is provided between the limit connection part and the collar. The telescopic structure for an electrotome capable of evacuating smoke further includes a channel that penetrates the collar and the elastic limiter in sequence and communicates with the inside of the electrotome pencil body. The telescopic structure for the electrotome capable of evacuating smoke enables the electrotome to adjust the length of the electrotome with one hand during use, which is more convenient in use and more convenient in operation.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a two-dimensional material nanosheets with a large area and a controllable thickness and a general preparation method therefor. As an intralayer heat transfer coefficient of a two-dimensional material is much higher than an interlayer heat transfer coefficient thereof, the two-dimensional material is uniformly heated and sublimated layer by layer by controlling the energy of the laser pulses, a thinning thickness is controlled by adjusting the action time of the laser pulses, and finally, a two-dimensional material film with a controllable thickness is obtained. At the same time, a sample displacement stage moving freely in a two-dimensional plane space can realize preparation of the two-dimensional material film with a large area. Compared with traditional methods, the present invention can control a sample thickness of the two-dimensional material film, has a high generality, and is suitable for all kinds two-dimensional materials.

    Abstract: A method is disclosed for storing and reusing the PC description of layout cells. A database stores predefined cells and PC descriptions that were previously calculated by a 3D field solver. Regarding a candidate cell from the layout diagram, the database is searched for a substantial match amongst the predefined cells. . If there is a match, then the stored PC description of the matching predefined cell is assigned to the candidate cell in the layout diagram, which avoids having to make a discrete calculation for the PC description. If there is no match, then the 3D field solver is applied to the candidate cell in order to calculate the PC description of the candidate cell. To facilitate reusing the newly calculated PC description, the candidate cell and the newly calculated PC description are stored in the database as a new predefined cell and its corresponding PC description.

The impurity causes transistors formed with the first fin and second fin have different threshold voltages.
