    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for efficiently producing lactic acid by fermenting brewers' spent grains. The method specifically includes the following steps: (1) adding water to brewers' spent grains after alkali pretreatment so as to adjust a solid content of a fermentation production system to 10%-15%, adding cellulase to the brewers' spent grains according to an addition amount of 5 FPU/g-10 FPU/g, carrying out hydrolysis at 50° C.-60° C. and pH of 4.5-5.2 for 20 hours-48 hours, and obtaining a prehydrolyzed substrate; and (2) inoculating hydrolysate prepared in step (1) with a lactic acid bacteria seed solution with a viable count of 1×108 CFU/mL-1×1010 CFU/mL according to an inoculation amount of 10%-15% (v/v), conducting fermentation at 40° C.-55° C. and pH of 6.0-7.2 for 72 hours-96 hours, and obtaining a fermentation broth.

A commercial mung bean protein isolate is used as a raw material in the present disclosure, then subjected to pH shift modification, ultrasonic treatment and protein-glutaminase treatment for compound modification to prepare a high-functionality modified mung bean protein isolate; and the modified mung bean protein isolate is used as a raw material, using high-speed emulsification and high-pressure homogenization are conducted to obtain a high-stability mung bean protein-based simulated egg pulp. In the present disclosure, the mung bean protein isolate prepared by compound modification has good solubility, emulsifying property and gelling property. The mung bean protein-based simulated egg pulp is in the form of a stable emulsion and has good fluidity and moderate gelling property, and uniformity and stability can still be maintained for a long time.

    Abstract: A method for obtaining regenerated seedlings of Brassica campestris L. ssp. chinensis from embryonic tip tissues, including the following steps. A seed is inoculated to a germination medium for dark culture for 60 h. The testa, root tip, two cotyledons and middle growing point of the resultant germinated seed are removed, and an embryonic tip with a length of 3-5 mm is retained as an explant. The explant is sequentially subjected to low-temperature pre-culture in a pre-culture medium for 36 h, room-temperature shaking culture in a liquid bud induction culture medium for 10 min, and bud induction culture in a bud induction culture medium for 20 d. A regenerated plant with 5-6 leaves is transferred to a rooting medium for rooting culture for about 2 weeks, and a well-rooted plant is collected, and subjected to hardening and transplantation into a filed.

    Abstract: A thermal processing method for improving high-speed impact resistance of a two-phase titanium alloy includes the steps of: a, heating a two-phase titanium alloy slab blank step by step; b, using a reversing rolling mode to first perform transverse rough rolling, and then reverse a plate blank for longitudinal rolling, and c, water-cooling the rolled plate, and then performing solution heat treatment and aging treatment. According to the method, the anisotropy of transverse and longitudinal properties of the finished plate can be reduced by using a method of two-stage rolling in a ?-phase region and an a+? two-phase region, and in combination with rapid cooling after rolling and solid-solution and aging strengthening heat treatment, high strength and excellent high-speed impact resistance of the product can be ensured, and the protective performance of the material is greatly improved.
