    Abstract: In various examples, systems and methods are disclosed relating to neural networks for three-dimensional (3D) scene representations and modifying the 3D scene representations. In some implementations, a diffusion model can be configured to modify selected portions of 3D scenes represented using neural radiance fields, without painting back in content of the selected portions that was originally present. A first view of the neural radiance fields can be inpainted to remove a target feature from the first view, and used as guidance for updating the neural radiance field so that the target feature can be realistically removed from various second views of the neural radiance fields while context is retained outside of the selected portions.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to apparatus, systems, and methods of using atomic hydrogen radicals with epitaxial deposition. In one aspect, nodular defects (e.g., nodules) are removed from epitaxial layers of substrate. In one implementation, a method of processing substrates includes selectively growing an epitaxial layer on one or more crystalline surfaces of a substrate. The epitaxial layer includes silicon. The method also includes etching the substrate to remove a plurality of nodules from one or more non-crystalline surfaces of the substrate. The etching includes exposing the substrate to atomic hydrogen radicals. The method also includes thermally annealing the epitaxial layer to an anneal temperature that is 600 degrees Celsius or higher.

    Abstract: Anomalies may be detected using a multiple machine learning model anomaly detection framework. A clustering model is trained using an unsupervised machine learning algorithm on a historical anomaly dataset. A plurality of clusters of records are determined by applying the historical anomaly dataset to the clustering model. Then it is determined whether each cluster of the plurality of clusters is an anomaly-type cluster or a normal-type cluster. The plurality of labels for the plurality of records are updated based on the particular record's cluster classification. Non-pure clusters are determined from among the plurality of clusters based on a purity threshold. A supervised machine learning model is trained for each of the non-pure clusters using the records in the given cluster and the labels for each of those records. Then, predictions of an anomaly are made using the clustering model and the supervised machine learning models.
