    Abstract: Provided is a method for industrial production of spray-dried piperacillin-tazobactam powder, comprising the following steps: 1) preparing a mixed solution of piperacillin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and tazobactam or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and maintaining the pH value at 6.0-7.5; 2) adding a stabilizer into the solution obtained in the step 1) to give a mixed solution, wherein the stabilizer is selected from one or more of a carbohydrate, an amino acid, and a polyol; and 3) subjecting the mixed solution obtained in the step 2) to spray drying to give the spray-dried piperacillin-tazobactam powder.

    Abstract: A method for extracting palladium includes: (1) mixing a palladium-containing material with nitric acid and an alkali metal ion-containing catalyst to obtain a mixed solution, heating the mixed solution, and removing a resulting residue to obtain a palladium-containing leaching liquor; and (2) subjecting the palladium-containing leaching liquor obtained in step (1) to separative extraction to obtain metallic palladium or at least one palladium-containing product, and reusing a residual solution for step (1) in a subsequent extraction. The alkali metal ion-containing catalyst of the present disclosure can leach palladium at a higher rate than that when pure nitric acid of the same concentration is used and does not volatilize, such that the recycling of a mother liquor can be realized. The method involves simple operations, has low production costs, greatly shortens the palladium extraction time, does not lead to secondary pollution, and meets the requirements of environmental protection.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of special electronic gases, in particular to a method for purifying electronic-grade boron trichloride. The method includes the following steps: (S.1), filling an adsorption composition into adsorbers; (S.2), vacuumizing the adsorbers to remove air from the adsorbers, and then introducing a high-purity boron trichloride gas; and (S.3), introducing a boron trichloride feed gas into the adsorbers, such that the boron trichloride feed gas is in contact with the adsorption composition, and collecting a gas flowing out of the adsorbers to obtain an electronic-grade boron trichloride gas. According to the present disclosure, coordination formed between hydrogen chloride impurities and boron trichloride can be eliminated effectively, thereby improving adsorption and purification effects of the boron trichloride.

    Abstract: A gas purification system includes a dust removal filler, a fouling collection pan and a gas purification device. The dust removal filler has a plurality of rows of channels, each channel extending obliquely with respect to a vertical direction to form a windward surface, and a leeward surface, and a waveform plate. The peak portion of the waveform plate is attached to the leeward surface of the obliquely prismatic channel. During operation, dust adheres to a concave portion of a lower surface of the waveform plate and accumulates to form dust aggregates. When the gravity of the dust aggregates is greater than the adhesion force, the dust aggregates fall onto the windward surface of the channels and slide off from the windward surface of the channels.
