A memory device can issue, by a firmware component, a command to generate a first cryptographic key for encrypting or decrypting user data stored on a memory device. The memory device can generate, by a hardware component, the first cryptographic key based on the command. The memory device can encrypt, by the hardware component, the first cryptographic key using a second cryptographic key and an initialization vector. The memory device can store the encrypted first cryptographic key in a nonvolatile memory device separate from the hardware component.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of special electronic gases, in particular to a method for purifying electronic-grade boron trichloride. The method includes the following steps: (S.1), filling an adsorption composition into adsorbers; (S.2), vacuumizing the adsorbers to remove air from the adsorbers, and then introducing a high-purity boron trichloride gas; and (S.3), introducing a boron trichloride feed gas into the adsorbers, such that the boron trichloride feed gas is in contact with the adsorption composition, and collecting a gas flowing out of the adsorbers to obtain an electronic-grade boron trichloride gas. According to the present disclosure, coordination formed between hydrogen chloride impurities and boron trichloride can be eliminated effectively, thereby improving adsorption and purification effects of the boron trichloride.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an expandable anchor bolt system for securing a toilet to a closet flange. The system includes an anchor bolt with an expandable lower end designed to securely engage with a groove of the closet flange, and an upper end configured to accommodate fastening means. The expansion mechanism is activated by inserting an expansion pin that does not require tools and can lock to maintain the expanded state of the anchor bolt. The system further comprises a bolt cap for covering the upper end of the assembled components, offering an aesthetically pleasing finish and protection.     Abstract: Disclosed is a device for preparing a silicon carbide crystal including a crucible and a crystal expansion guide assembly. The crucible includes a crucible body and a crucible cover fixing a seed and covering the crucible body. The crystal expansion guide assembly includes a frame member and a tubular core member. The frame member is fixed to the crucible body, located between the crucible cover and a raw material accommodated in the crucible body, and provided with a through hole with a diameter greater than a diameter of a growth surface of the seed. The tubular core member is mechanically connected to an inner wall of the through hole. During a crystal growth process, the tubular core member falls off due to contact with a growth front of a crystal. The frame member does not react with the crystal. Thus, a large-sized crystal ingot with high quality can be obtained.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for purifying a graphite material, which includes the following steps of: after placing the graphite material in a graphite crucible, placing the graphite crucible into a heating furnace; after vacuuming the heating furnace, filling the heating furnace with a protective atmosphere, and controlling a pressure in the heating furnace to be less than 5 Torr; and heating the graphite crucible, by a heater disposed in the heating furnace, to control a temperature of the graphite crucible to be at least higher than melting point temperatures of some metal impurities in the graphite material for a preset time period, so that the some metal impurities in the graphite material are volatilized or carbonized, and the graphite crucible is purified. Therefore, while the graphite material is purified under a condition with high vacuum, high temperature and low pressure, the graphite crucible is also purified.

In one embodiment, wear metric values are stored and monitored using multiple wear leveling criteria. The multiple wear leveling criteria include a hot-cold swap wear leveling criteria, which may make use of a write count offset value. Based on a first wear metric value of a first management group and a second wear metric value of a second management group, the first management group and the second management group are selected for a wear leveling swap operation. The wear leveling swap operation is performed with a whole management group read operation of the first management group to read a set of data, and a whole management group write operation to write the set of data to the second management group.
