    Abstract: There are provided systems and methods for pairwise graph querying, merging, and computing for account linking. A service provider may provide an account graph system to identify pairwise similarities between different accounts based on shared data that may be identified through one or more linking characteristics. When providing pairwise graph similarities, a service provider may receive a query identifying two or more accounts and/or an account with a parameter for graph exploration and querying. The service provider may utilize connection, link, or relationship graphs, queried and generated using a graph database, to determine pairwise similarities between the designated seed account and one or more selected accounts. The graph may include vertices for different queried data points and edges connecting such queries, where directionality of the edges or other vectors may be used to identify links or hops between accounts for data querying and exploration.

    Abstract: A method for testing burning performance of a dark-colored cigarette using a dark-colored cigarette paper is provided. The dark-colored cigarette paper has a grayscale less than 255. The method includes: simulating, by a robotic arm, a cigarette smoking process and environment; acquiring, by a full-vision camera system, an image of a burn line and ash column region of the dark-colored cigarette; and analyzing a burning performance indicator of the dark-colored cigarette according to coordinate information of the burn line and ash column region. The method is based on a surface reflection characteristic of the dark-colored cigarette paper and a principle of optical reflection to light and highlight an edge of the dark-colored cigarette sample by a light source at a certain angle from a side. In this way, the method forms a chromatic aberration to localize the dark-colored cigarette sample, thereby testing the burning performance of the dark-colored cigarette sample.

This is based on a surprising discovery that the relative efficiencies of amplification and CRISPR-based cleavage and detection can be tuned to favor amplification until sufficient amplified products are generated to enable detection.     Abstract: An in vitro release test (IVRT) method and system is provided for drug release testing. The IVRT method, referred to herein as adaptive perfusion, employ tangential-flow filtration (TFF), where released drug products that are smaller than a molecular weight cutoff (MWCO) of a membrane filter pass therethrough into the permeate. Unreleased drug products are retained by the pores of the filter and are recirculated to a retentate reservoir. Fresh media is provided to the retentate in order to maintain a constant total volume for the sample as well as to maintain sink conditions for the drug release. Drug concentration in the retentate and permeate are evaluated by in situ monitoring with one or more sensors and/or by periodic removal of aliquots from the respective reservoirs. In some embodiments, the membrane filter can be conditioned prior to use in order to improve the accuracy, precision, or both of the subsequent testing.

The suspension modifier is a controlled release nanoemulsion and comprises surface hydrophobic modifier, surfactant, cosurfactant and water. The suspension modifier is directly added into clear-water or active-water fracturing fluid while the proppant is added into water. After stirring, the suspension modifier is capable of self-assembling and being adsorbed on the proppant surface, so that the proppant surface becomes hydrophobic and aerophilic. The invention no longer requires the proppant to be pretreated, and the bubble-suspended proppant can be obtained directly by adding the suspension modifier to the clear-water or active-water fracturing fluid, and meanwhile adding the proppant to the fracturing fluid.

When the wet grinding slurry reaches pH=10, ending the wet grinding and sieving out a wet grinding slurry; (2) mixing the wet grinding slurry with 700 to 1000 mass parts of slag and 100 to 350 mass parts of water to obtain a recycled cementitious material.
