    Abstract: Crosslinked (meth)acrylate-based pressure sensitive adhesives are capable of attachment to mammalian skin for at least 10 days. The crosslinked adhesive composition includes a crosslinked (meth)acrylate-based copolymer free from polar groups, and a hydrogenated hydrocarbon tackifier resin. The crosslinked adhesive composition is prepared by photocrosslinking a hot melt processable blend of a (meth)acrylate copolymer and a hydrogenated hydrocarbon tackifier resin. The (meth)acrylate copolymer is the reaction product of an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer with alkyl groups of 4-22 carbon atoms and are free of polar groups, and a copolymerizable photocrosslinker.

    Abstract: A method (100) for producing a particulate titanium alloy product can include preparing (110) a composite particulate oxide mixture with TiO2 powder and at least one alloying element powder. The composite particulate oxide mixture can be co-reduced (120) using a metallic reducing agent under a hydrogen atmosphere at a reduction temperature for a reduction time sufficient to produce a hydrogenated titanium alloy product. The hydrogenated titanium alloy product can then be heat treated (130) under a hydrogen atmosphere and a heat treating temperature to reduce pore size and specific surface area to form a heat treated hydrogenated titanium product. The heat treated hydrogenated titanium product can be deoxygenated (140) to reduce residual oxygen to less than 0.2 wt % to form a deoxygenated hydrogenated titanium product as a particulate. The deoxygenated hydrogenated titanium product can optionally be dehydrogenated (150) to form the titanium alloy product as a particulate.

The method may include processing samples comprising historical samples and new samples with an existing parametric machine learning model to obtain at least one prediction residual of each of the samples, wherein the existing parametric machine learning model was trained based on the historical samples. The method may further include clustering the samples based on the at least one prediction residual of each of the samples and features of each of the samples. The method may further include sampling samples in each cluster to ensure that each cluster includes substantially similar number of sampled samples. The method may further include updating the existing parametric machine learning model to obtain an updated parametric machine learning model based on sampled samples in each cluster.
