  • Publication number: 20160204296
Abstract: The present invention discloses a liquid immersing photovoltaic module, which comprises a baseboard, a transparent cover plate, side walls, solar cells or solar cell module and insulating liquid. The insulating liquid is inside a container formed by baseboard, cover plate and side walls. The baseboard is a transparent plate or a metal plate with fins on lower surface. The solar cells are located on the upper surface of the baseboard. The lower surface of the solar cell module is mounted on the top of a supporting board with fins, and the lower ends of the supporting board fins are installed on the top of the baseboard. This invention allows the solar cell to increase the utilization ratio of incident light, reduce the recombination of current carriers on the surface of solar cells, and increase the current output.

  • Publication number: 20160119084
Abstract: Systems, methods, and user equipment can involve transmitting Acknowledgement/Negative Acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) bits for carrier aggregation between a first cell and a second cell in a User Equipment (UE). With the UE, for a sub-frame, a first number of ACK/NACK bits for the first cell can be compared with a second number of ACK/NACK bits for the second cell. If a first number of ACK/NACK bits for the first cell is less than a second number of ACK/NACK bits for the second cell, an ACK/NACK bit position from the first cell can be used to transmit an ACK/NACK bit for the second cell. In some implementations, one or more DTX bits can be used to set the number of ACK/NACK bits in the first cell equal to the number of ACK/NACK bits in the second cell.

  • Publication number: 20160057772
Abstract: In some implementations, a method of wireless communications between a wireless communications network and wireless user equipment includes receiving, using a primary Time Division Duplex (TDD) configuration, data on a primary component carrier in a first frequency band. Using a secondary TDD configuration, data on a secondary component carrier is received in a second frequency band different from the first frequency band. A Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) for data received on the secondary component carrier is transmitted using a supplemental TDD configuration. A transmission or retransmission on the secondary component carrier uses a supplemental TDD configuration as well. The supplemental TDD configuration is different from the secondary TDD configuration. Furthermore, an uplink supplemental configuration may be different from a downlink supplemental configuration.

  • Publication number: 20150245343
Abstract: In some implementations, a method in a user equipment (UE) for supporting time division duplex (TDD) and frequency division duplex (FDD) joint carrier aggregation (CA) includes receiving a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resource allocation from an evolved NodeB (eNB). The PUCCH resource allocation includes a first PUCCH configuration for a first subframe and a second PUCCH configuration for a second subframe, and the second PUCCH configuration is different than the first PUCCH configuration. The UE transmits a first group of Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest (HARQ) bits based on the first PUCCH configuration in the first subframe. The UE transmits a second group of HARQ bits based on the second PUCCH configuration in the second subframe.
